Great place for week long conference
I really enjoyed the facility. Having KL Sentral across the street was very convenient to get to and from the Airport. Rooms were great - very comfortable bed, good desk for catching up on work and good wifi signal. TV signal was a little choppy for BBC/CNN (I was there the week of all kinds of craziness going on back home in the US with the Boston Marathon and exploding fertilizer factories which is the only reason I really cared). I was there for a work conference held in the facilities and thought it all went very smoothly. Some of the food options were a little weird but there were always some "safe" options available. The desserts were always amazing...good thing the gym is so nice! My flight didn't leave until late at night so I made use of the gym showers before heading to airport. Overall I was happy with the hotel choice.

24 hours in Kuala Lumpur
Our stay was for one night and we chose the Hotel for its close proximity to Sentral Station. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time which was not really a problem. Service was as expected and for those who wonder about the breakfast there was plenty of variety to choose from the buffet. The room was neat and tidy and the amenities adequate. We accessed the pool and gym during our stay and these were of high standard. A good hotel for the business traveller.

Probably the best Hotel I have ever stayed at
I stayed here last week for my visit to KL. The Hotel is extremely convenient to get to from KL airport, as the airport extress terminates right next door. The Hotel itself was excellent - the service was attentive and faultless, and the room was clean and extremely nicely fitted out. This Hotel is a gem, highly recommended. I will definately be staying here next time I visit KL. Also, I was upgraded to get concierge lounge access, and the breakfast there is to die for!

A busy business hotel
Stayed at Hilton KL in March 2013.This hotel is fast becoming a heavily subscribed venue for business meetings, company events and corporate activities. Its location adjacent to Sentral station makes it ideal for the busy business traveller flying into KL just for a short meeting or corporate event and leaving the following day. It was good to see that the hotel had embarked on major refurbishment to upgrade itself. Thank goodness my room was on a high floor and I slept like a log, despite the midnight drilling and hammering at the foyer. A small point to the refurbishes was to please replace the high backed chair in front of the TV screen. Whenever I wanted to watch the TV I had to push the chair away from the desk. The great points about the hotel were the convenient location, ¿¿¿standard¿¿¿ Hilton Hotel modern, cool decor and the friendly staff at the front desk and concierge. In particular, the meeting rooms were more than adequate (except for the doors which could not be closed without a rattle) with exclusively luxurious toilets (heated toilet seats) and a refreshment station just steps away from the meeting rooms. The down points were the rather shoddy toilets by the foyer (hopefully the on-going refurbishment exercise would look into this), the noisy crowds of people hanging around the foyer waiting to register for their event and the irritatingly inefficient staff responsible for seating hungry guests queuing up for breakfast. This young lady (probably an American, judging from her accent) was well-mannered but hopelessly inefficient. It was all very well being greeted with, ¿¿¿Good morning!¿¿¿ and other niceties but it got exasperating when guests who were hungry and just wanted a quick breakfast before their morning meeting were kept standing in a queue for a table when there were obviously many unoccupied tables. Even when a guest was (finally!) allowed to sit down at a dirty table, it took such a long time for the staff to clear the tables. I could not wait any longer for breakfast as my meeting was due to commence in less than 15 minutes, I called a waiter to clear the table as soon as possible, I was told, ¿¿¿Just wait, be patient!¿¿¿ It was not an excuse that refurbishment was in progress for such shoddy and rude non-service. If one is looking for a convenient venue for a quick meeting and exit this is a suitable hotel. If one is expecting a quiet relaxing ambience with luxurious decor befitting of a 5 star hotel, one will be disappointed.

Good Hilton Experience
The hotel location was perfectly situated near to my office at KL so it is very convenient.My first impression of the hotel was that it didnt look so much like other Hilton hotels that i've ever been to. The exterior of the hotel looks to have some room for improvements but it all changes from the moment i went into the hotel. The hotel staffs was very polite and nice and i felt that i received the famous Hilton hotel service quality.The hotel rooms was amazing, it is very spacious and my room even have a full working desk, dining table and a small kitchen.. It was indeed one of the best hotel room that i've visited the past couple of years.Breakfast was okay as per standard Hilton hotel and i would confidently say that i would stay here again the next time im in KL
