Every stay gets better than the next - Hollywood glamour at it's finest
My husband and I have been visiting the Beverly Hills pink palace for ten years and every time we stay it just gets better and better. The staff are so attentive, knowledgable and welcoming they make you feel like royalty! The rooms are luxurious classy and grand and their old style charm is beautiful. The polo lounge for drinks breakfast or dinner is a place to see and be seen and just watch the world go by. Of course one of the best things is lunch by the pool where the Cobb salad and margueritas are incredible. Can't wait to go back again. Try bar 1912 for a cool club vibe at night. The Best Service ANYWHERE!!!
I was lucky enought to spend 6 nights at this facility recently. Without a doubt there is no betterhotel in the U.S.Aside from the superior rooms and grounds,the customer service that was given to us as guests was superb.I am glad yhat I was lucky enough to be on the receiving end of their graciousness.Steve Pearson at the concierge station was over and above the call od duty with his services.Polo Lounge staff 5 stars!! Everyone from the bellstaff,parking attendants along with housekeeping made this a unforgetable experience.

Warm and welcoming
We only overnighted after a flight from the UK so didn't have a chance to experience all it has to offer which is considerable. The driveway staff very efficiently managed the unloading and unpacking of our rental car. The check-in process was equally smooth and our double room with balcony was large enough to have been called a junior suite in lesser hotels. Although we overlooked a side street from the first floor, traffic was light and the sound insulation effective. Balcony was large and a good place to enjoy the rising sun. Management kindly provided us with a delicious cheese and dry fruit platter with a nice bottle of red wine which we really appreciated notwithstanding our addled jet lagged heads. Service was personal and efficient both in the accommodation and in the beautiful Polo lounge where we had both dinner and breakfast.The only 2 minor irritants which seem to be an American sort of thing are charging for a wifi connection - don't they realise it is the basic medium of the 21st century, - and bar fridges without ice trays - one must still order ice separately or leave the room to get it.The overall presentation and ambiance is exceptional so that if you can't avoid going to or through LA, this is a must for accommodation.

Personal Service
I stayed here for a business meeeting. I was extremely WOWed when I was addressed by my last name- all the way from the entrance to the cocktail reception my company held later that night. The personal engagement , quality of service and beautiful historic feel really made my stay enjoyable. I cant wait to come back to L.A and stay here again!

My favorite hotel in LA now
I just returned from a mother/daughter weekend with my 11 year old and I cannot say enough good things about the hotel. I've stayed at most of the high end LA hotels but this was my first time at the BHH. It is the only place I will ever stay now. The staff are gracious, accommodating, attentive and willing to go the extra distance to make your stay special. The physical facilities are lovely but it is really the staff that makes this place unique. Thank you for a memorable trip!
