Excellent Staff
The Four Seasons Philadelphia is a very good hotel, and we stayed there during the College Rugby Championships at PPL Park. First and foremost are the staff. They were welcoming and very service oriented. Although I reserved a standard room, we were given a nice suite upon checkin. We had breakfast on Sunday morning before heading out, and is was solid and not priced over the top. The only issues that I had were - The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on, and has seen better days. The TV system/remote control was terrible. Navigating the system was slow, and channels are not labeled. They use an infrared remote on each set, and ours was pointed at the ceiling, making navigation difficult at best. Even when corrected, the system is difficult to navigate. My last issue was the lack of a coffee pot in the room. When I wake up at 6am, the last thing I want to do is have to go downstairs for coffee, but that was the only option. Overall, this is a very good hotel that needs to provide an in room experience that is on par with their service levels.

Another great stay!
Stayed at the FS a few days ago with my two children. We were going to a Phillies game and the Franklin Institute. I booked the parking/breakfast package and its worth every penny. The service is the best in the city. Received a room upgrade at check-in. Had lunch in The Fountain and they accommodated a very picky 12 year old. After hearing us say we were headed to the Franklin Institute the waitress packed us a complimentary bag of waters & cookies. Even the kids commented on how nice everyone is at the FS! We stayed here on our last trip to Philly and we will absolutely stay here on our next trip.

Perfect location - perfect service
Spent the weekend in philadelphia enjoying the museums. This hotel is right in the heart of the museum district. Only blocks from very good shopping. From the moment we registered to picking up the car, service was impeccable. Excellent fitness facilities and pool also staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. The final touch was the valet offering two bottles of water for our trip home. Well done all.

Solid 4-star experience
This is a fine hotel but not particularly memorable. Service is high touch: no less than four different employees greeted me upon entering the lobby and walking to the reservation desk. Check in was smooth and professional.The room I was given was a "superior" king. It was larger than the average business hotel's rooms but not opulent by any means. Very comfortable bed and well appointed closet and bathroom. Mini fridge, safe with key, robe, flat screen TV, etc. But no coffee maker.The entire hotel has an old fashioned feel. Nothing wrong with that, but nothing about it seemed extraordinary, as I would have expected from a Four Seasons property.One quirk: I visited the front desk to ask if they could print out a boarding pass for my flight the next day. Rather than have me wait while they pulled up the records and printed, the clerk asked my room number and said he would have the pass brought up to my room. A few minutes later, he called and said the pass would be slipped under the door so I could go to sleep if I wished. The next morning, I awoke to find that they had printed out my itinerary from the airline website -- which is the same info I had given the clerk to begin with (in a different form) -- but no boarding pass. Not very helpful...
