High class convenience!
Stunning rooms. Friendly and efficient staff.My only niggle was that I didn't find any coffee making facilities in my room. Pretty much unheard of in North America. Cafes are located within a stone's throw of the hotel, even within it, but I like to relax with a coffee in my room when I am working or relaxing. BYO?

The staff and service at Four Seasons Vancouver BC is simply superb!
When we arrived I told the receptionist that we were celebrating my husband's 80th birthday. That same evening, a chocolate mousse cake, a birthday card, and a red balloon was delivered to our room. The staff at the front desk helped us with every question, regardless whether it fell into their realm of responsibilities or not. The staff at the concierge treated us like family members. After the first day, they recognized us and helped us plan the day. They bent over backwards to make our experience to most fantastic one we've ever had. We had a room on the 22nd floor. It was spotless and large with a view of the city. The bed turn down service was wonderful. The location is perfect - walking distance to almost everywhere. We had only positive experiences with this hotel.

A top class hotel experience
Great hotel, great staff, great experience. The location is perfect for public transit, art gallery just steps away. (Nice to give a review as the hotel deserves it but annoying that this app requires me to write 200 characters minimum when I don't want to)

Incredible Stay
Every member of the staff was friendly and gracious. The property was impeccable. The room was glorious! We came for the Vancouver Marathon and it was the perfect location and a great place to relax after a run through the city. We will definitely be returning.

Nice hotel
We had a good visit to this hotel a short while ago. The lobby concierge service is excellent and the rooms are nicely furnished. The hotel is well located. We did not eat any meals there. Check in was easy.
