Friendly staff, clean room and decent location for a reasonable price.
We stayed here for 2 nights in April and as the title suggests it was a pleasant comfortable stay. Robertson quay and Clark Quay are close by but in Singapore taxis are the one thing that is dirt cheap so it makes no odds paying huge amounts to stay in prime locations.The staff were very friendly and genuinely happy to help.We did not eat in the hotel so cannot advise on that and the wifi was quite expensive.That aside we would have no problem recommending the Copthorne Kings.

Excellent Hotel central location
Not a bad hotel for business stopover The rooms are clean and comfortable. However the rooms at the back of the hotel suffers a little from the noise of a huge air conditioner (for the whole hotel)The shower is a bit weak on the 6th floor but the hot came through eventually.The buffet evening meal wasn't to my liking, the a la cart meal was nice but my medium steak was a little rare. All in all not a bad business stay

location is great, it was within walkable distance to robertson quay and also great world or zouk..room is nice although the door couldnt not be open out to the balcony... service was fast... a very nice stay !

nice one
booked online for first trip to Singapore and found out that its not good on the transport links or location. the bathroom appeared larger than the room in comparison which seemed quite strange. the free bus to town was good and was used a few times but location is really poor. breakfast was good though the sausages were not what I am used to. not the one to go to if you like full English for breakfast. on the plus side, was relatively cheap. would I go there again, probably not but only due to location.

A nice hotel, but poorly placed for the MRT.
We stayed here for one night and found the hotel very clean, well presented with good service from the staff. Before booking I would caution against tourists who want to use the MRT underground service, as it is a reasonable walk to the nearest station. There is however a bus stop for the Hop-On, Hop-Off red bus tour (the city line), which takes you out the Botanical gardens before driving down Orchard Street. If you're willing to take a taxi ride to get where you want to go or rise early for the 'business shuttle' service offered by the hotel, then it's fine, but you could probably find somewhere closer to the tourist areas.
