Wonderful
A very well maintained hotel and strtegically located. There was a bit of queue during check in (late afternoon) but the hotel add more staff to help reduce the waiting time. The room is spacious with a very nice view of Marina Bay.Wi fi is available in every room and included in the room price. I stayed for two nights and found that the staff are very helpful, they make sure that you get what you need. To me the downside is in the breakfast buffet menu, limited choice of dishes given the price that you pay for it. Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Beyond Excellent
I know Ritz Carlton is well known for its excellent five star service and room. But what I experienced in Singapore, was more than I expected. With your bed facing the window at full view of the Marina Bay, it was spectacular. Toilets are always my main concern in a hotel and this one blew my mind away. The bathtub beside the spacious window is also a stunner. The toilets, sinks, shower, bath robes, and everything in it is gorgeous. The bed was a signature. With pillows that has the exact hardness/ softness you need to just sleep off a day, quilts that makes you ball up, it is to die for. Service from front office to room service was incredibly friendly. And we had a welcome gift from the chef which was easter chocolates. A platter of it! Location wise is also nearby to the main shopping area such as Orchid Road, Marina Bay Sands, Bugis Junction, etc. Taxis, buses, MRTs are just right outside the hotel.If you want to travel in style or stay in a place where you'll have no worries of cleanliness, service, and amenities, this is definitely the place.

Fanstastic stay
I do not know their star rating, but if i have to give one, this would be a 7 star.The hotel is fantastic, the service is impeccable, finishing was first class. The room was superb and very spacious, and lovely bathroom with a bay view. The view of from the room was very fantastic, and the quality of the material exceeds the bill that we pay.Big spacious bed, with lots of amenities from Etro to enjoy. Lovely bath tub to soak in and fantastic in room coffee machine with choices of blends to choose.Breakfast could have been better, but we are coming 20 minutes prior to the end of the bfast, but they dont seem to refiling it again. My bad.Other than that, its fantastic. 4 thumbs up.

Terrible experience...
Am an Indian on transit in Singapore. Globally, I have always been stating either at Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton or Hilton. While paying for a suite I had made a special request that the hotel shall accommodate an early checkin in view of my arrival timing from India. It was agreed to, which later at the time of checkin i was told "subject to availability only". While the rooms were very much available, the front office staff by name Melvin had not handled the situation well and at the end of it, am most disappointed with Ritz Carlton. Melvin told me that "while the rooms are available, they are dirty and my house keeping team will come in only at 8 am and the earliest time we can give you a room is 10.30 am. He never even bothered to take down my number and instead said "you can come here at 10.30". I called the Duty Manager who told me "I will coach Melvin on handling customers." At the end of it, I was not given a room. Looks like they are fine letting down customers. This has been the worst ever trip to Singapore and thanks to Ritz Carlton!

Fabulous Stay
I was surprise to see ladies n gentlemen here still acknowledge and greet me even tho I was using staff rate,. they made me feel like normal guest who paid for publish rate. They are friendly. Sad to say i was onlynfor a night or i might enjoy their restaurant too!
