A total BEST BUY!
Easy to write about Club Quarters-it's totally great! For example...train from airport to Center City station is $7. (Yes, it's safe.) Center City station is 3 EASY blocks from hotel. Which puts you in just about the best location in Philadelphia. Easy walks to Rittenhouse Square, City Hall, Reading Market, and too many great restaurants to begin to name. Plus the hotel is part of one of them, Davios. Don't even have to leave the building!Rates are OUTSTANDING! The value cannot be beat! Enough choices among room types to make any traveller or party comfortable and happy. Even have small apartment-like units.Spotlessly clean and clean design make it especially appealing. Have already booked my return visit next month -AND got a "repeat visit" discount!!!! It doesn't get much better, cannot wait to try their locations in other major cities as well as four in London!

Clean, great location and accomodating staff
We traveled to Philly for our (mostly) annual trip to the NCAA Lacrosse Final Four championship weekend. We have been so busy that our search for a hotel was last minute. Availability was limited to hotels that had poor reviews or were very expensive. Club Quarters had 2 rooms left, so I scooped it up and hoped for the best. I wasn't disappointed. It was located just 6 subway stops from the stadium, and even better - in the heart of Philly with historic landmarks nearby, good restaurants and shopping. The staff was a bit blas¿¿ but did what we needed when we needed something accomplished. Would definitely stay again and would like to check out Club Quarters in other cities.

Excellent
This hotel is wonderful! The staff is courteous and friendly. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are large. It is at a great location. The lobby is wonderful... you can truly take a deep breath and relax. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Horrible experience
Let me start by saying we had a penthouse suite. One of the smallest rooms I have ever seen. It was also old and dirty feeling. Then we find out the ac is out and they are booked in all other rooms. We had to leave and drive to new jersey. The staff was not helpful at all during this experience and I never received any communication from a manager. I am shocked this hotel has such a high rating because it was absolutely horrible.

Great hotel, very good location, very nice people at the front desk, the rooms are large and very bright and comfortable, the bed a little soft ¿¿¿ The lobby is very pleasant, it¿¿¿s a highly recommended hotel, like all of the same chain.
