Disappointed
Checked in 4/27/13, just for an overnight stay. I mainly wanted to purchase a room for the night for the pool, it was close to 100 degrees and the kids were hoping to go swimming. Before completing my purchase through http://super8.com I made sure to double check that this place does have a pool, which it states on the side that there is a poolWhen we checked in I asked what time the pool area close? The attendant then told me that the swimming pool has been out of order and hasn't been cleaned in over a year. I let the attendant know that on their website it does state they have a pool, he told me I can take it up with corporate.Another issue we kept having was our room keys kept getting deactivated. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Indifferent service
Booked the hotel through expedia. When I got there partik could not find our reservation. There were flies crawling all over the front desk and when I pointed it out he just shrugged and brushed it off his face. When I went to park my car I couldnt get in because my room key does not open any of the main doors. I asked for a room on the first floor because I had a bunch of equipment and partik either forgot or ignored it. When I told him that I couldnt open any of the front doors partik kinda just shrugged and said "yeah its like that...". Not what I was looking for after a long day on the road. I know Super 8 is basic (ive stayed at other locations and never had a problem), but this indifference was unacceptable.

Cheap but nice
Wanted a halt between San Francisco and Reno so we chose this motel. We paid $60 for a night but our room was far better than what we expected. Breakfast is basic but you cant expect much when you are paying so low. Lot of places to eat nearby. The lady at reception was nice and helpful.
