An excellent choice
An excellent four night stay at this comfortable hotel. Coming in on the "nightrider" flight from Auckland we checked in around midnight, with helpful, pleasant staff. This level of service was evident everywhere, from our chambermaid (room 805), to the restaurant staff, and then to our bags being kept after checkout until we were ready to pick them up.Other good points....comfortable rooms, the central location and the excellent breakfasts. All round, very good value.We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay
Stayed at Novotel for a 2 night holiday with family. From check in to check out we had an awesome stay! All the staff were very helpful- nothing was a problem. We stayed on first floor and had 2 lovely nights sleep in our very comfortable beds. Nice and handy to shops and tsb arena- would stay again definitely :-)

Great weekend at the Novotel
Found staff helpful in every way , from giving directions , looking after bags , food was great , would stay again . Rooms clean and tidy , Stayed with family and friends . Children loved the computers in the lobby .

Enjoyable Experience
My husband and I stayed at Novotel during our vacation. It was a two -night stay and was a fantastic experience. The staff were amazing and the food we ordered through room service was great. They were reasonably priced as well and the service was prompt. The location is convenient and is of walking distance to attractions. Would surely go there again!
