Best Accomodation and service in Rotorua - Milennium Hotel
We did read the trip advisor comments before booking the hotel, we two travelled together as best friends being choked with work we decided to come out for relaxation and wind down.Millennium hotel is nice , with great set up and location is lovely, we spoke to John Chetty while having few drinks in the lobby of the hotel, he is amazing and full of knowledge for local activities , attractions and dining. we did take his recommendation which was nice to experience some of the historic places.John has great sense of humour to make any guest to enjoy talking to hum and get tuned in, he is lovely young man, we wish we had a bigger bag and we could have taken him away tucked in with us...We will come back in future and explore Rotorua again

Millennium Rotorua Hotel -:) Home Away from Home
I travel frequently with work overseas, this time I came to Rotorua with my wife for a 5 day holiday and stayed at this lovely hotel. The location, hotel, staff and facilities are fantastic !! They have great rooms with 24/7 room service no matter what time you need to eat, you can ! As the gym is on level one, it also operates 24/7. here is a tip book club room for lovely internet access, breakfast, canapes and evening drinks are free. Now we must mention about this magic hotelier - John Chetty whio certainly has customer service blended in him and is so tuned in to deliver 5 star service and ensures that guests attention and requests are looked after 100%. We had minor requests about the room facilities and dining he just dealt with it and fixed in a snap and offered complimentary drinks as well all with a smile and professionally.We will be back next year and will be staying with Millennium again, plus bring our friends and families as well for a great holiday, John Chetty is truly a star in this organization.

Excellent hotel with a great view
My girlfriend and I stayed at this beautiful hotel during the Easter weekend. We really enjoyed our stay there. Great hotel at a great location. I had a booked a lake view room and it stood to its name. Room was great, nice decor with all amneties and a great neat and clean bathroom. Best was balcony where one could get out for a smoko break or just sit and have a beer or two watching at the mighty Rotorua lake!Lots of restaurants near by. Polynesian spa just across the garden!Highly recommended!

Great hotel great location
We stayed for 2 nights the staff were very friendly and the hotel was very nice, the location excellent, easy walk to shops and restaraunts. The pool and spas were a decent size and we enjoyed using them Overall a very pleasant experience

Enjoyed the hotel
My family of five felt this hotel was one of the highlights of our time in New Zealand. We always enjoy touring the mud pots and the geysers in this area and this is the best we have found. The staff was helpful and pleasant to work with. The rooms were nice, convenient and well maintained. The highlight of our stay is always the Haka and Hangi. The entertainment is very native and enjoyable while the food is delicious. Buffet breakfasts are great, also.
