Great location! Super front desk personnel.
We were somewhat concerned about selecting this hotel after reading some mixed reviews. However our stay was great! The front desk personnel were so responsive and helpful with suggestions for activities and transportation options. We purchased internet access for our 5 day stay which was not expensive. When we experienced difficulty connecting to the internet, the front desk sent a technician and a wireless modem to our room and corrected our problem with ease and speed. The front desk staff will enforce the 10pm "respect your fellow guests with quiet" time which is clearly posted with notices to guests From the hotel we walked everywhere in the downtown Auckland area. The ferry terminal is a convenient 10 minute walk. Don't miss the ferry trip to Waiheke Island, a beautiful island reached by a 45 minute hi speed ferry. The city was hosting a World Class triathalon while we were there which gave us even more to enjoy. Our one bedroom suite was well furnished with a large closet in the bedroom and a large bathroom including a full-sized stacked washer/dryer with detergent packs provided. We used the full-sized refrigerator for our breakfast groceries and Happy Hour drinks and snacks which we purchased from the large grocery store that is only a block away. We highly recommend this hotel.

Everything you need and nothing you don't
In my opinion of course. I have stayed here a few times and I love it. Good prices and lots of space. People in Hong Kong will be blown away:) Internet is at a reasonable rate that I don't mind paying for. I understand internet is not cheap but should be affordable, not a blatant rip-off!New and well maintained. Location is close to The Cloud/Brittomart where I needed to be. Just a 5 min walk. Staff friendly and attentive. Wow, that is lacking in some places I have stayed.Go for it.

Great location and facilities
I have stayed at this hotel twice now and whenever in Auckland again I will book here without hesitation. It is in a central location within easy walking distance of the city centre and the waterfront. There is a large supermarket literally around the corner and the Vector Arena is also very close. Many of the car rental companies are a few minutes walk away. I have booked 2 bedroom apartments for each visit and have found them to be clean, roomy and well presented with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

5 star location and quality
I'm loath to give five stars but will make an exception to this one really it's hard to not reward for such a unique concept of an apartment hotel which wasw , well appointed and well maintained .. and restaurant. They dealt well in the hotel dining room and any requirements we had.. Lovely .coffee, and great dinner at the Saigon resturant. We had a lovely time in this hotel which may not be as fancy as other 5 star hotels but is of a very good value for money. .The Indoor pool and spa in the adjoin Waldorf complex was great.Location is perfect - close but still enough out of the way. Internet was available on all devices with a download limit on each individual device .which saw us run our business needs as well as general use. we will be back

The very best of the hotel is the location. Directly in the centre of the aterfront area of auckland, near to the habour, . Because of the location we used to stay there several times. It is, however, nice to try to book a high floor apartment ..The suites are big, for exampleour 1 room suite consists of a good size bedroom, living room, functionally equipped bathroom, good size kitchenette, washing machine, dryer. very modern decorThere is arestaurant-Saigon , as well caf¿¿ with breakfast service we cannot judge the quality.Indoor pool and a gym as we did not visit themInternet is not to expensive, and free in the lobby and the breakfast room.Reception is okay, quite helpfullGarage costs 20 $NZ per night.In general quite value for money for that type of location and quality
