Faultless
There's nothing I could fault in my stay here - the room was great, the location is fantastic - right in the heart of the CBD. I had the upgraded "business class" option - which included breakfast, after work drinks and canap¿¿s. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of cold and hot and there was a great variety of canap¿¿s which were really enough for a small dinner.

Great hotel in the middle of Sydney
I stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney for three nights in mid May 2013, my room was comfortable, quiet and spacious, the hotel had a great restaurant where I ate breakfast on two mornings and dinner one evening. A very enjoyable place to stay.

Wonderful Room and Front Desk Service
I decided to stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza partially because I wanted to redeem some Club Carlson points during a brief stopover in Sydney. As the stopover was part of a special occasion, I mentioned the occasion to the Radisson staff. When I arrived early at the hotel, I was delighted to receive a fabulous studio spa room that had outside facing windows, a gorgeous bathroom (including a tub with spa jets as well as a separate glass shower), a comfortable sitting area with two chairs, and a lovely entryway that one might have in a real dwelling. From the time I entered the hotel until I left, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. I would highly recommend the hotel. The only reason for the four out of five rating was that the bell staff did not assist me with taking my heavy luggage up the stairs when I arrived. Otherwise, I would rate the hotel a five.

Best hotel ever!
I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu for the first leg of my Australian dream vacation. What a way to start the trip! I was greeted by the bellmen as I got out of the shuttle, everyone smiling, Tara at the front desk was a joy and kept apologizing for not having a room ready at 8am! I wasn't expecting it to be... My room was ready after a short walk to the Opera House and my luggage was already delivered. Best bed I've ever slept in! The bathroom was gorgeous with marble floors, European soaking tub, glass enclosed shower. And a nice added touch-a window next to the tub so I could soak and watch tv in the main room. The food was delicious from room service altho pricey by American standards. Breakfast was good, altho pricey again ($35 for hot buffet) but the best hotel breakfast I experienced during my trip. The service was impeccable, Brad at concierge was a joy to talk to and was always smiling and helpful during my stay. Whenever I picked up the phone to call for something I was greeted by name, not just a 'hello'--5 star service! This hotel is a short walk to all the sites in Sydney-5-10 mins to the Opera House, Botanic Gardens, The Rocks and Circular Quay. About 15 - 20 mins to Pitt St Mall, Hyde Park and Sydney Tower. The room was sparkling clean and quiet. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe here, the security to get into the elevator and then into your room was excellent and always a doorman or concierge to watch the front doors. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. If I am ever in Sydney again, I will stay at the Radisson Blu without a doubt.

This establishment is top of its class for position , staff & accomodation.....we have stayed on seversal occasions & always feel comfortable & well looked after.....wouldnt stay anywhere else when in Sydney...just fantastic...job well done by ALL
