Good location - avarage hotel
H10 is a new hotel that sells itself on location and London views. The first point is accepted but not totally unique and arguably there are better placed London hotels for location. The second point of view is not so obvious. Nothing special about the view from this hotel.The reception staff were certainly far from perfect. Lacking in basic understanding and care it does not bode well for a pleasant stay when every request is such hard work.Rooms are small and clean but one would expect a fresh clean room in a new hotel. It fitted the tag of acceptable reather than good or special.The breakfast was again average. No one to see you to a table. No jams or honey on the table just large bowls to help yourself with the rest of the food. Asking for tea or hot water was like asking for something special. Eventually a waiter arrived with a pot of tea to pour into the cup on the table but no individual pot of tea to replenish the cup.Food quality just acceptableOverall an uninspiring stay in a very average hotel. Bearing in mind just how new the hotel is tis was disappointing. Many better hotels than this one to stay in.

Outstanding Service
We stayed here for 1 night on an amazon deal, paying only ¿¿155 for a night stay with breakfast and a 3 course meal with wine. They took our voucher at reception and then we were treated like full paying guests. Every attention to detail was made and the food was gorgeous!!! Got a bucket of ice from room service for no charge and enjoyed the large flat screen tv in the room along with iPod docking station and media hub.Would highly recommend to anyone who wants luxury!!

JAZZ WEEKEND
Stayed at H10 hotel in London. not impressed, definately not a 4* rating. We were the only English people staying there, and the staff were all Spanish, so many problems with language.Rooms although very clean , were quite small. on the plus side we had great view of the Shard from our bedroom window.Breakfast was included in room price and was good, but the first morning no one collected our dirty plates, so I had to move them over onto next table. And second morning we were waiting to be offered tea or coffee, even though I asked for it , I had to ask again the man in charge before we got any. I was almost at the end of my breakfast by then. Poor service in my opinion. Had to help myself to milk for my room as when I asked the maid she told me she didn't speak English. Doubt I shall go back.

Good hotel in the city centre
We stayed in this hotel on business. The hotel is very nice, with modern interior, however standard rooms are very small. Our window was facing busy Waterloo Road. There was some issue with heating/ a/c as one couldn't regulate the temperature in the room and when the window was opened, the noise from the street wouln't let one sleep.The breakfast service is fantastic, abundance of juices, waters, drinks as well as delicious continental buffet and full English breakfast.

A hotel to come back to!
I stayed one night in this hotel but fair enough to understand how excellent it is.Perfect location, modern, clean and with a very friendly and dynamic staff. I love the style ("my style!") of the rooms and on the higher floors you really get to enjoy a fantastic view of the city.I had the pleasure to have dinner on the restaurant of the hotel located on the first floor, a MUST as well! I guess for private guests this is popular too and I understand why.The price/quality relationship is also very good.I will for sure be back!
