A very attentive staff
The hotel is ideally located in the Gaslamp district on 5th Avenue. This gives easy access to the convention center and all the restaurants and entertainment venues in this lively area. The service is outstanding. I had a nice suite with a nice view from the 14th floor. The room however is a bit worn and could be spruced up a bit.

IMPRESSED!!
Great location!! It is right by the middle of the Gaslamp, Petco Ballpark and just restaurants/bars and everything. The rooms were spacious, clean and overall, impressive. The staff was friendly and family friendly (board games available for free) despite it being quite "business" orientated. The pool and outdoor bar area was BEAUTIFUL!!! The cabanas were a nice touch!

Great location. Clean rooms. Noisy.
This is right in the middle of the Gaslamp District, with lots of restaurants and bars within an easy walk. My room was clean and in good shape, if a bit small. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. There is a free wine hour in the evening, so if you're there to party, you've come to the right place.The only problem with the place is noise. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the TV from the room next to you quite clearly. You can also hear the street noise - the downside of being in the partying part of town.

Tremendous Hotel and Service
I stayed at the hotel with my wife for 3 days last week and can honestly say it was a one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We resereved a suite with two balconies, and the views were fantastic, one facing the bay. The room was big, two nice bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room. The room was moden and had top of the line appliances and fixtures. The roof top pool was fun along with the bar, and the gym had a good amount of cardio and weight equipment. The location cant be beat right on fifth..a ton of restaurants, bars and shopping all around the hotel.The service and people at the hotel were fantistic. From the reception check in, bell men, bar tenders, maids every person there as friendly and nice. I stay at hotel all over the world and I can say i dont think i have ever stayed at a place where every person their bent over backwards to provide excellent service.I would recommend this hotel for anyone, great rooms-location and fantastic people.

beautiful hotel!
had a lovely stay at this hotel! rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and the staff are helpful, efficient and friendly !!!The outdoor pool and bar area are also stunning and are a great place to while away some free time or even do some work.the hotel was well situated for everything i needed to do in the city
