Stay clear of this place unless you want to get ripped off!
Hotel advertises air conditioning but gets to decide when you can and cannot use it. It was 85F outside and the room was like a hotbox but could not use air conditioning and no fans available. We had to leave the door open and this allowed lots of mosquitoes to come and eat us alive. Shower is built for tiny children and you dont get enough towels or toilet tissue for the whole stay. Ony one soap dispenser in the shower for washing body, hair and hands. Eco friendly but inconvenient. Hot water was not working on the second day of a three night stay. Not the fault of the staff but just one more thing to go wrong with no compensation for all the inconvenience. Some staff were sympathetic and kind but others could not care less about us and the lack of amenities. Breakfast was okay but not worth 7Euro. Price definitely not worth the value. Ended up paying 105euro per night with breakfast for three. Should have been a lot better for that price. Disappointing to say the least. Would never stay at this chain again and unless you want to get ripped off I wouldn't suggest you stay either. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean about the only redeeming things but not worth what we paid.

Basic, but good value
Basic hotel, but good value for money. Location not good for a couple visiting Florence for a site seeing tour, as a long way out from centre, but good for a business trip.Location is on busy road on route to airport.Booked and paid for a double room, but tried to check me into a single room.

Great stay
Had a great stay when were in Florence in December. The location of the hotel was somewhat of a down side, but it was easy enough to get around Florence using public transport.I had read the reviews on here expecting bad service and unclean rooms, but found the total opposite. The staff were great, very accommodating. The food was good and, more importantly, we were able to get a decent night's sleep.

Seemed good but was awfull!
I booked this hotel because of the price and the reviews that I read here.Getting there around 12 o¿¿clock the room wasn't ready... but ok, the check in was only at 2pm. When we cme back to the hotel at night we called them to know what bus to take and where to get off, the person from the front desk didn't know THE NAME OF THE STOP IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL!! told us we should ask the driver... 1st of all, come on, the person works at a hotel that the only way (except by car) to get there is the bus... and they can't inform how to get there???After getting to the hotel we waited for a long time until someone came to the front desk! I called the hotel twice in order to " atract" someone to pick it up. The first time the person didn't come... only on the second! and there were other people waiting too...The other time we needed something from the front desk we also had to wait a while until someone came! Summing up, there was NEVER a person in the front desk!!In the room: our room didn't have toilet paper! We had to go once again to the front desk to ask for it and also it was REALLY noisy. I'm not a light sleeper but it was hard to not we awaken by the noise from the other rooms!It was a bad experience and I will not repeat it!Maybe even a hostel closer to the city would have been nicer!
