We had a large family group going to a family members graduation so we needed 2 large suites. From the time we entered this immaculately restored hotel until we left we received nothing but the best guest service and accommodations!! Rooms were very spacious, laid out well and lots of extras. Lots of security features as well including entry doors and elevators. The location is perfect for any downtown events or conventions! As always with Drury the morning breakfast and evening drinks/food, all included, were just great! The staff including Audrey, Debra, Michelle, and Eric (and several others who's names i forgot) were all very friendly, helpful, smiling, sincerely welcoming, and just very pleasant!

Best hotel stay ever!
We stayed at this location this past weekend while in town for graduation. This was our first stay with Drury, as we normally stay at Hampton when we travel. We chose Drury because of the location and swimming pool and found much more! From check in to check out EVERY staff member that we encountered was super friendly and helpful! The room and location were beautiful. We loved the food and drink offerings from 5:30 to 7 as well as the popcorn and refreshments all day. The breakfast was great too! Our little boy became friends with Costello, who was cooking pancakes and stopped to visit with his "Friend". We had so much fun! Drury will be our hotel of choice from here on out! Thank you!

Unexpected excellence at the Drury Plaza Hotel!
This is historic old hotel that has been renovated beautifully. I came to the hotel, not by choice, but for a conference and only stayed one night. Upon check-in, I was unexpectedly and politely upgraded to a suite due to some internal housekeeping error. The room was fantastic with a great view. The hotel was quiet and the room was spacious, ultra clean with a huge bathroom and comfortable bed. I found the entire staff to be professional, friendly and helpful. There are great restaurants and the Art museum close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I certainly plan to stay there the next time I'm in Wichita.

One of the best ever!
Drury has done a fabulous job in renovating an older hotel property in downtown Wichita. The Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview is conveniently located on the Arkansas River with views of Century Plaza, the Wichita Children's Museum, the river front with is walking/jogging paths, downtown sculptures, etc. It appears to me that the Drury is leading a revitalization of downtown Wichita. Kudos to Drury!!! The Drury staff is very customer service oriented from the moment you check-in to the time you check-out. Breakfast and happy hour are the best that I've found in my many days of traveling throughout the nation.

Great hotel
This spacious hotel occupies a nicely-renovated building located within walking distance of sights and restaurants. Hotel sits on the river; there's a walking/jogging path, sculptures. Looks like the city is working hard to revitalize the downtown area.Apart from great features - big, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, in-room refrigerator - they also have a super friendly hotel staff, especially at breakfast. Their huge lobby served our group well for meeting up and chatting. Their happy hour is a unique touch and the covered walkway from the parking garage to the hotel is very helpful.I have no complaints about this place. Would definitely stay there again!
