Wonderful
Recently I had an emergency at my house so I had to stay at a motel I wasn't very fond of the idea so I looked up on trip advisor see which one I would be staying at and I choose the super 8 because when I read up on some reviews I basically got an idea of what they had to offer.. When I arrived the front desk was very friendly chatty showed me where I would be staying the pool was amazing because it's been so hot so a quick dip helped . I stayed here for about a week didn't have any problems whatsoever housekeeping was nice and made me laugh a little (if you speak Spanish chat them up a bit) for breakfast I was always on the go so grabbing some apple juice and yogurt to go helped spoiled myself with a cinnamon roll here and there . But the property itself was very pretty..

Pasadena Super 8
My stay at this motel was very pleasent upon arrival I didn't know what to expect but the front desk staff gave me plenty information on where to go in Pasadena such as restaurants, bars , shopping area etc..The room was very clean the refridgerator worked the microwave was spotless unlike other motels where there are stains inside it.. Housekeeping everyday left my room spotless and didn't touch any of my belongings the wifi was very fast i got to watch some netflix movies late at night. The motel look very nice the fountain and little waterfall next to the office was a nice touch on the place.

Friendly & Efficient Staff, Wonderful Service
I tend to always use tripadvisor to read the reviews before booking a room somewhere. This Super 8's reviews consisted of good and bad, but on the other hand it was located where it was to my convenience, so I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and stay here. To my surprise the front desk clerks were very helpful when checking in and checking out. As I checked the one working at the time was very polite, good mannerisms, and spoke clearly, he provided the information I needed, ie. car rentals, neighboring restaurants, good spots that are near by to pass the time, he gave me directions and even went out of his way on printing out all the information I needed and letting me know whether I'd like to pick them up at the front desk or if I'd rather have him to bring em up to me, I of course decided to just get them myself, he had been enough help already. Aside from the staff the room was clean, had all the things I needed, specially seeing as I had forgotten my blow dryer, a real life saver there.For the most part I really enjoyed my stay here, and recommend for other tripadvisor readers, and travelers, you will not be disappointed.

Too many negatives to stay again
Upon arriving in our non-smoking room, we could tell someone had been smoking in it recently. OK, no problem -- we ask for a different room, which they promptly gave us. This one was much better, but the bathroom still reeked of smoke (probably through the vent.) Aside from the odor, the beds were WAY hard -- not comfortable at all. Also, I hate to say it, but some of the clientele there were fairly sketchy. Though I'm normally unfazed by much, even I was being pretty cautious around there. Finally, the breakfast was passable - not great, but enough to get you started on your day.
