Fantastic staff and location
I visited the Atlantic Palace last week for a 5 night stay with my mum. The room was a great size, however one of the twin beds was not suitable for me (bit too soft and uncomfortable) I told the receptionist and she was very quick to apologise and change our room straight away. We were given the choice of two rooms and they made sure we were happy with the new room, Which we were.The breakfast was good, quick service, fresh coffee, fruit, pastries and cereals.Location wise, we had a 5 min walk to the train station (which is where most tours left from). A 10 minute amble to the main attractions and the local indoor market was round the corner with fantastic produce.I would like to thank the staff, they went above and beyond everything we asked for, always helpful, smiling and I will hopefully return to the Atlantic Palace in the future.Thanks for making our stay so memorable

Business, Gourmet, shopping, sight-seen. All is great @ Atlantic Palace
I come to Firenze mainly for business purposes, but this hotel gives me the possibilty to combine my trip to enjoy local cousine, there are 10 very good restauranst just in 100mt ray. "Shop till you drop" the most furnished shopping street and shopping gallery with "human prices" are just 150mt away.The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.The wi fi connection is high quality, no snail speed as many other chain hotels in the city...

A Friendly Place to Stay
My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Atlantic Palace in April 2012. We found it to be clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was in a great location for tourists near the railway station, tour bus depots, restaurants, market and shops. We were extremely impressed when, having left the hotel, a staff member came to see us as we had been overcharged. It was great to know we were dealing with honest people as this could have been ignored in the circumstances.

Much Better Than Expected
My Italian agent booked this hotel for a group of 20 for 6 nights, and I was dreading it. Hotels near train stations are often comfortable but charmless. I am happy to say I was completely wrong. All of us checking in at the same time--a bit out of sorts from a long lunch in Orvieto--created temporary confusion, and I was less than kind to the man helping me with my bags. The room itself, however, quickly changed my attitude. It is modern and comfortable but with enough quirks in the layout and furnishings to remind visitors that they are in an old building. The staff at the desk and the little bar were helpful and friendly, and the young lady serving breakfast could not have been nicer. Despite some reservations about the neighborhood, I would gladly stay here again.
