I want to thank Diane and her staff for making my long stay very comfortable! Everyone was extremely accommodating with my every need.The rooms were real nice and clean and well appointed. The pool area is like being in a tropical garden, very relaxing! With 2 restaurants available in house, great meals, not a problem!Great place to stay! Thanks Diane!!

Nice Stay
Nice clean hotel, comfortable bed. When I booked on-line I made comment that I was a light sleeper. The room I got was on the first floor backing onto some sort of court yard. It was perfect - never heard a thing. Stopped into adjacent restaurant in the early morning and found the staff very accommodating. I was travelling on business, being picked up by a colleague and needed some sort of breakfast sandwich fast. The waitress was quick and said she could rush it. I received and finished eating within 20 minutes. Now that is service!

great stay, friendly staff
Arrived early and needed to drop our luggage off prior to heading out to visit and do some shopping. Front desk was wonderful and allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and roomy. The pool was wonderful, very clean and temperature perfect. The room was quiet even though the hotel was full of sports teams and families. As this was a busy trip the quiet paired with great beds made it perfect.

Great for family and teams
We stayed at the Best Western this last weekend with our volleyball team for the third year in a row and once again had an excellent stay. The kids love the indoor pool area and the parents enjoyed an excellent dinner in the restaurant/bar area. Breakfast is a good deal with quick service getting us all in and out in good time. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable and the service from all staff is excellent. The hotel is close to the skytrain, university and shopping mall. A great place to stay for family or teams! Thank you to Diane and staff for another great stay!

Safety and Comfort
Recently stayed the weekend at this Best Western. Its indoor "aquatic fun centre" great for families of all ages. Very well laid out. For those not wishing to partake in the aquatic fun, they have a quieter wing. Rooms were well laid out and very clean. Good value for the money. Close to university and good shopping. Only negative was there was no complimentary breakfast - strange for a Best Western
