Extreme satisfaction
On arrival an assessment was made of our age and mobility. Then we were given an upgrade to the room we had chosen to avoid clambering into a bath to have a shower. The historical aspects of the hotel were very interesting.

Kiama Stay
We have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy it. The service and the rooms are very good. The location is great, close to many good restaurants. The hotel has a very good bistro as well. We always enjoy our breakfast in the restaurant too.

Needs upgrade
A bit run down, needs an upgrade, shower over bath, lounge and seats heavily stained, prawn chips down side of lounge. Room had reasonable kitchen. Not enough power points for phones and computers . Staff good, food good.

Great place to stay
Having stayed in many hotels over the years, this one was definitely the best. The room was spacious and quiet, the bathroom was large and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We will definitely be making a return visit in the future.

wonderful servce
I chose to stay at the Sebel for a romantic night celebrating an anniversary. The staff were fantastic and helped me tremendously by placing my balloons, single rose and French champers (in the ice bucket with two glasses) in the room just before we arrived. My partner was so surprised. Then when we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner, out came a happy anniversary message written in chocolate on the desert plate. The kind lady at the hotel (Kristie, I think) had organized that when she had made the booking. The room was great (thanks for the upgrade due to a cancellation), the overall pleasant atmosphere and the professionalism. You made our night and that's what hotel service should be about.
