This hotel claims "luxury"'on a budget, but their marketer probably grew up living in a cave. There is no luxury here. It is BASIC. The family room is no more than 80 square feet with the bathroom no bigger than an airplane bathroom. It is impressive how they fit a shower in there.But hey, this is Copenhagen and rooms cost a lot here. What is really bad about this place is the staff and tone. The woman at the front desk is surly and obviously has no hospitality training. In addition, for a budget hotel, they provide no amenities for those on a budget.For example, as small as the rooms are, there is a big lounge area to hang out and watch tv. You can also eat there BUT they only let you eat the food that THEY sell. This policy sets a very unfriendly and unwelcoming tone. It is no wonder that the lounge is always empty. Needless to say, there are no microwaves provided so you have to get creative with the cheap hot pot in the room and eat your meal sitting on your bed. We were there in August, the highpoint of tourist season, and this is when the hotel got the bright idea to renovate their lounge so there was really no place to go outside of the room. This hotel has put a negative tinge to our stay in Copenhagen. We wish we had stayed in Malmo, where the rooms are cheaper and where we stayed at the luxurious Radisson for much less, and had just come to Copenhagen on a day trip.

Well, there's much to say about the hotel, you know the format, cabin look like, you know it is basic, nothing more of what is needed in order to survive, BUT the price is the lowest one in Copenhagen. Well, there is one positive thing: free wifi! And this is essential when you stay outside home. Breakfast is not bad, also.Only one negative remark: it could be more clean. Toilette was not perfectly cleaned up at my check in.I could recommend if you have to stay at your own costs, not refunded by somebody else during your work stay.

Stayed for one night in a compact four bedded room with beds on three levels. Hotel is in a good part of Copenhagen a short walk from the Forum metro station which is a short, cheap, trip away from the airport. Avoid taxi as the cost of one from the airport is similar to one night accommodation! The free wifi was excellent and the room well designed and clean, although I was alone and it might not have been quite as comfortable with four staying in the same room.This hotel cannot be beaten on value in a terrific city that is otherwise expensive and hotel accommodation sometimes difficult to find. Like most things in DK it is well designed and run.

It was the first time I had stayed in one of these places and only did so because I was visiting a friend who lived five minutes walk away.Basically it's an upmarket impersonal youth hostel. There are different people on the reception desk every day and most of them (apart from one) were fairly disinterested. One of them was actually smoking outside during his shift!The breakfast is absolutely basic and sertved in a downstairs dungeon. Much better to go to one of the local cafes or bakeries.The cafe bar is licenced and has a choice of bottled beers but if you go out of the front door and turn right there is an excellent pub about 100 metres down the road serving draught beer at a lower price. Bedroom was OK for a single person and provision of kettle is a plus.
