Central - High standard
The hotel, room and facilities are of very good standard. Although mostly business clients it also served very well our one night family vacation needs. There is free parking with a very narrow access, a small but nice pool on the roof and the breakfast was nice. The location is ideal for exploring the interesting and charming center of Leiria.

Good location
Stayed on a business trip for four days very clean apartment spacious. Location very central. The hotel staff very friendly would use again did not use the amenities due to the time of year i stayed. Leiria. Very nice city with plenty of nice restaurants to eat at.. The hotel as a free underground car park.

Very well located.
We spent one night at the hotel on the way from Porto to Lisboa. We booked the rooms just a couple of hours before the arrival without any issues. The hotel was easily to find, it¿¿s centrally located. The old town is basically walking distance - 5-10 mins away.Parking was free of charge, in the garage, s that¿¿s a plus. I can¿¿t comment on the restaurant or the pool/fitness as we didn¿¿t use it. We went out for the dinner and it was a good decision.Receptionists were friendly, everything went smoothly tho. We had a room at the 7th floor, it was quiet, with a nice view at the castle. The room was very spacious, with a kitchenette (that we didn¿¿t use) and a large bathroom. Spotless clean. We didn¿¿t use the A/C.Breakfast was OK, not overprized, just the usual stuff, but we didn¿¿t leave hungry.All in all, good value for your money.

Nice apartment hotel, good location, too bad about the broken airco
We only stayed for one night at this apartment hotel, but it was a good choice. The rooms are big and clean, with separate rooms for living room/kitchen and bedroom. The view over the city and the castle was also great. My wife didn't like the bed and couldn't sleep well but I had no problem.We drove by rental car and the hotel was easy to find. The parking was free, the hotel has a big parking garage underneath. The hotel is very close to the city center, you basically walk across a bridge and a few streets to get there. The dinner at the restaurant was very good (and not that expensive), the staff made it feel like a top restaurant which was pushing it a bit too far (really I can poor my own mineral water). Breakfast was wonderful too, it had everything we needed from fresh bread, to eggs, to local delicacies etc.The only major negative was that the airconditioning was broken in the entire hotel (they said it would be fixed tomorrow, but we left the next day....). Since it was around 26C (79F), this made the room very hot, even with the windows open, so we decided to stay out all day. But with the windows open, a lot of mosquitoes came in - the amount of mosquitoes in this area was astounding by the way (I realize this is not the hotel's fault, although it is located close to some still water, but never saw so many mosquitoes in any place in Portugal!).All in all, if the airconditioning is fixed, I would recommend the hotel.

Very quiet and clean...
Just returned from a trip in Portugal and stayed 4 nights in this hotel. It's very easy to find because in many roundabouts in the city of Leiria you see the hotel signs (very useful if you do not have - like me- a car navigator). Being a residence every room has a complete kitchenette with microwave and coffemaker, however they dont supply teabags or coffee. Rooms are in an excellent condition, shiny, clean and the bathroom has everything you need. Parking is underground and an elevator brings you directly from the room floor and (in my case) is free: when checking in they give you the card key and a prepaid parking ticket.Remember that restaurant (expensive) is closed on saturday night and the whole sunday.Staff is very pleasant even if, having direct access to parking from the rooms floor, i met them twice: when checking in and when checking out!!So this hotel is highly recommended.
