Average at best
First of all, this is not a four star hotel as the plack says at the entrance. By any human standards it is three stars. If it was a three star hotel, it would be a good three star hotel. Yet, it is a bad four star. The room is small, the closet has the prison style hangers which denotes a mediocre hotel, there was no minibar, there was however a free bottle of water and biscuits plus a wide offering of coffee and tea, which was nice. The shower was working very poorly, with the water balance completely off. It was either molten lava or freezing hell. Bed was semi-comfortable, yet there was a lot of noise in the room, both from the aircraft from the nearby Charles de Gaulle and Le Bourget airports; also the isolation when it comes to the next room is not good, since I could hear when the person in the next room put their toilet seat down or flushed.Location is not important, since the hotel is made for people attending conferences and expos in the nearby Parc des Expositions. The staff was semi-friendly, and the downstairs lobby was cute. Nothing special, as I said before, just a mediocre hotel.

Very Goog Hotel

Close to transport to airport but otherwise bland
100 metres from train station, with trains every 15 mins to CDG airport (less than 5 minutes train ride) it is well placed as airport hotel. But I agree with other posts that there is not much else around other than conference facilities and other hotel. Rooms are were quiet with comfy bed. Staff were helpful but fairly dour. Perfect for our purposes of needing to stay close to airport to make early am flight, after arriving late night before, but would not stay there for leisure.

Very unprofessionally staffed hotel near exhibition
The hotel facilities are ok and the only site nearby is the exhibitiin center. The staff are extremely rude and unfriendly, I got completely turned off by their unprofessional attitude. I wasn't welcomed or given any information about the location of my room or wifi and how to use it, and after struggling to get connected and literally begging for information, no apology was given for the vagueness of their wifi service and the problem accessing it (login page didn't appear except after I entered the router's ip, something I had to figure out on my own) I was also scolded because my travel agent made double reservation, and given the hard shoulder and impatient attitude with every word I spoke.
