Thanks Comfort Harrow. Stayed here for the FA Cup Semi and served its purpose once again. Stayed here several times for the FA Cup and when working in London due to its location and access to the rest of London.Stayed in the triple room 203, it was huge and excellent value for money. Staff are friendly and can't do enough for you.Booked again to stay for the Final (Come on CITY!) on the 11th May so would be great to have the same room as we are now loyal customers ;). Thank you once again.

Stayed for FA Cup semi final with wife, daughter and father in law (not all in the same room!). Hotel in fantastic location with free car parking and rooms while basic provided everything we needed. Despite reviews to the contrary the staff were extremely friendly, the hitel was very quiet and the bathrooms while tired were clean and serviceable. As I'm there again for the cup final (come on Wigan) I'm hoping the hotel management read this so that we can be given the same rooms again (please!!).

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my husband and daughter on Easter Saturday. Check in was fine after a 10-12 minute walk from Kenton station. On entering the bedroom I was surprised at how spacious it was although it had 3 beds it could easily have accomodated 4 beds. There was a good sized walk in wardrobe and plenty of other storage space, the bathroom was big enough, with shower gel, shampoo, handwash and handcream supplied the only drawback being the hot water took around 5 minutes to come through to the shower. The room was clean.The hotel at night time was very noisy as there was a wedding celebration taking place, with taxis arriving as people were leaving and numerous people retiring noisily to bed. In addition the fire alarm went off at around this time, 2-3 times but not for long, we were told that there was no danger and return to bed.As we had an early morning appointment in London, breakfast had to be rushed by us but you helped yourself to a fair choice of hot and cold food and drinks and if we had more time i'm sure it would have been enjoyable. We had an eventful short stay but I think a more central London hotel would be beneficial for us next time as it takes 31 minutes on the overground train to Euston and when you aren't staying very long, time is precious.

Decor well outdated breakfast is very poor quality. Service is terrible took 2 hours to explain to reception manager that 2 of my block booking was in alternate rooms he kept walking away and dealing with other people

stayed there for four nights in March 2013. I was attending course at the nearby Northwick Park Hospitals. Location of the hotel was very good as it was only a few minutes away. Free parking was a great advantage especially when you are anywhere in London. Breakfast was good and staff where very friendly. There was a cold spell when I was there and the staff provided an extra heater when I asked. Room and en suite were clean, but outdated and could benefit from an upgrade.
