Great experience
Excellent value for your money. Everything was good about this hotel. The location off the main street but close to it, the spacious room we had, plentiful breakfast, friendliness of the staff, and the general atmosphere of a civilized, cultured place. The only thing I did not like was the fact that there is practically no street parking, so one is obligated to use their very small, tight (and expensive) garage.Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody.Mark M. Very Nice Suite Hotel
We stayed in Dependance Suites in September 2012 in Marianske Lazni. The apartment was very nice albeit the kitchen was not really set up for cooking, just quick meals and lacked microwave but it was clean and spacious with large living room and separate bedroom and huge barthroom with shower and tub and double sink. The registration and office a located in separate building where main hotel is but it did not bother us much since you go there to walk a lot anyway as part of daily routine. Service was good and staff friendly. So overall experience was pleasant and will do it again given opportunity

Suite recommened
We stayed for 2 nights in aparma (suite) that we recommend for its large spaces (have 2 year old child), so we can place baby cot in separate room (living room), This suite has a kitchen, but there is not an kitchen equipment like kitchenware, except of kettle. Staff was nice, we had 2 dinners in restaurant, which was quite good, but not exceptional, once we had defrosted (!) salmon, but staff change it for another meal. We didn't use spa, spa are in dependance, maybe not so nice in winter cause dressing up and down. Location is very good.

Nice place in Marianske
We stayed for just one night in December but really enjoyed our stay. We had a double room, rather than a suite, but it was good sized and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a great bathtub. We were there in the off season, and , as such, got a very good rate making it very good value for money. They hotel is near the main street and is in a great area to explore the park, Colonnade, etc. When we were there it had snowed and the town was just stunning. The hotel staff was efficient and pleasant. It seems that in all of the town, the majority of the tourists are German so the staff spoke German and just a little English (which was fine, we dont' expect others to speak English on our accont) but certainly enough to communicate to us. The breakfast was fine. I'd stay here again.

Double Booked!!
We booked an apartment in late 2010 for September 2011. Two days before we were due they informed us they double booked. They did try to place us in a partner hotel which has not worked out. We are leaving Marianske Lazne early. Thank you Romanza for spoiling our holiday!!! I and my family and business partners will not be staying with you again!!
