Basic but nice hotel
Las Faluas was close to everything; the beach, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. There were a little bit noise, but we didn't mind about that. The room was simple and average and it was cleaned properly. Only bad thing was the shower, because the water was icecold. We recommend Las Faluas to young party people and for those who want a normal hotel at the centrum. However, for us it was a great hotel, and we could come back again.

Average, but close to everything
Average place to stay. Small but nice pool. Good pizza in restaurant. Close to interesting places. Car parking horrible!! Walking distances to beach, and shops and restaurants. Don't miss Wapa Tapa at Yumbo shopping centre! The best tapas there is! So romantic: you order one soup, you get one soup.....with two spoons!

Christmas in las faluas
We were worried about staying at Las Faluas after reading what can only be described as very unfair reviews, We had no problem checking in. the apartment was very clean but basic, on christmas day Claudia (our maid) arrived with a lovely bottle of wine for myself and partner and a huge bag of christmas sweets for our 11 year pld son. everyone was very helpfull and the ladies cleaned our room everyday including christmas and new years day.The aprtments are very central and safe, the boys who work in the el Rancho downstairs, are so friendly and helpfull and always kept and eye out for us when my son and i were out on our own. Would gladly stay there again.

Great Value For Money
I booked this accomadation last minute two days prior till departure, then to my horror found lots of bad reviews. I can honestly say the bad / horrible / unfair reviews were compleatly unfounded. The desk clark/reception booked me in with no problems i did not need to pay a deposit. My apartment was very clean and no bad smells what so ever inside or out side off my accomadation. Basic kitchen facilities but ok for my needs. The lounge area is quite small really only suitable for two adults. My balcony over looked the road outside front off the apartments and was not to noisey day or nite.Restaurent in complex was open from breakfast till late evening closed at 11: 00 pm. 10min walk two center off the resort. taxi s 3 Euros this encludes tip I walked to the night life and back again very quiet safe and was never approched by anyone for any reason. Apt Cleaned 6 days a week with chage of towels as required.

Decent budget hotel
Centrally located, 10 mins walk from the beach, bus station, Yumbo centre. Plenty shops and restaurants in the area. Supermercado and decent restaurant across the road. Car hire and crazy golf next door. My wife and I stayed for 10 days over christmas and new year, self catering.Hotel basic but clean with decent pool and plenty sunbeds. Could probably do with a makeover but there are a lot worse for more money! Shower door was loose and coin operated t.v. was expensive. BBC news was the only English speaking channel! Staff a bit miserable looking but gave us a ground floor apartment when they saw my Wife was wearing a bandage on her ankle without us asking! Fresh towels every 2nd day, polite cleaners.We were expecting worse for the money we paid but this is a pretty good hotel.
