Feels at home!
In a quiet residential area but yet not far from the city center 20min walking to the parliament, spacious apartment, good value for money, modest breakfast but has all you need to start your day, decent gym with a nice swimming pool, room service can take a bit to long as the food is delivered from a restaurant nearby, helpful and friendly receptionist,

Perfect accomodation in Budapest.
We had just about perfect weather during the whole lenght of our 6-days trip to Budapest which was great, as it can be a deciding factor for general satisfaction when travelling, imo. But the comfort of our accomodation really exceeded our expectations. What a value for money!! I'm still in disbelief: 5 nights for the three of us (wife and me and a 2yo toddler girl) booked late (1week ahead) for less than 300¿¿¿, breakfast excluded. We booked a studio apartement (and ours was probably the tiniest one in the entire complex - the one that has only a shower and not a bathtub) which has prooved to be just enough for us to feel comfortable during the entire lenght of our stay. The lack of dining table in the studio didn't bother us at all, as we usually only had quick snack breakfast or dinner there). We were usually eating out but we were provided with highchair for our daughter by Adina's helpful staff immediately after our arrival (and I mean immediately: when you ask them to do anything for you, they deal with it right away, everything is being taken care of in matter of minutes). I'm a regular sauna/steam room user so I loved their small-in-size but well-kept wellness / pool area. Sauna and pool were twice a day on my activity list and I enjoyed it. My wife went there couple of times for a dip in the pool and sunbathing on the terrace. Good thing: the pool never gets crowded, it's clean and open from 7am to 10pm ( and you don't get odd looks for showing up at 9:30 pm for a quick dip in the pool ).The staff is professional but it's much more than that: as mentioned in previous reviews they really go out of their way to help you. They booked us a table in a restaurant twice (both times it has been taken care for in couple of minutes), exchanged HUF banknotes to coins, explained the use of the free hotel laundry to us, provided us with iron, ironing table, drying rack, answered questions we had about public parking, gave my daughter a box full of toys to play with in the sand in the hotel's backyard etc...All in all: an excellent service. We didn't use the garage, and to be honest, didn't regret it. Even though the garage is great (they have one for bycicles too) and it's by far the safest place you can keep your car in, the public parking in the city is free of change from friday 6 pm to monday 8:30 am and on national holidays. There was plenty of free space on the relatively quiet street just in front of the hotel so I used to park my car there when it was free of charge and at a closed parking lot around the corner for 1500HUF a day during workdays. Imo it was a good way to keep some HUFs in my pocket, but if the money's not an issue...go for the garage. Another great feature of Adina, if you're a family with kids, is close proximity to Szent Istvan Park, one of the best playgrounds for kids in Pest. There are plenty of other smaller parks nearby as well.I would recommend Adina to just about anyone, but primarily, imo, it would be especially interessting to couples, families and business people looking for quiet and comfortable accomodation not far from city center. I'm sure hoping either to return to Adina Budapest some day or to stay at some of their other properties in Europe.

Fabulous!
Was there with friends for a weekend trip. It was excellent service there. Great pool for a morning dip, in walking distance to the city centre (20 min.), if you like to walk a little along the Danube otherwise 3 stations with the underground which is 2 minutes away. Breakfast for 12 Euro extra was a normal "hotel price", but I would recommend to find a nice cafe nearby.

Best hotel/apartment in Budapest ( and I tried many , the last 10 years)
It can't be better. Just love this hotel, after staying here approx. 35 times ;)Professional staff, friendly and very service minded.Hotel rooms are really big with a nice bar kitchen. Walking distance to one of biggest shopping malls

Better than a Hotel
Apartment was well equipped as well as being spacious and very clean. The staff were always ready to help and were very friendly. After a hot day in the city the swimming pool and outdoor patio are very inviting. I just like the idea of being able to make coffee or make a small snack in the kitchen area, For all your daily needs there is an Aldi with fresh products within 50metres. I have now been here twice and plan to stay here again when i return to Budapest.
