Hotel stuff spoiled the whole impression
Stayed at this hotel for 2 days and made a mistake with our reservation. In the end of this entanglement the receptionist has locked our stuff in our room, blocked the electronic key and tried to charge the money from our card without asking us. We had to call the police. It spoiled the whole evening.About location: this hotel is in 20 minutes walk from the nearest metro station.

Affordable Milan design hotel
A very stylish hotel next to a trendy area in Milan. Perhaps it tries to be a bit too sleek and hence becomes characterless, but the rooms are reasonably sized and well decorated. The staff at reception could be a little more helpful (the remote control for our TV needed a new battery and we eventually had to go to reception to get it as they were slow in responding). Breakfast offers good variety. No restaurant but a great wine bar just across the road. Perhaps a little noisy at night. Another drawback was the additional cost for wifi. However, on promotional offer at 60Euro a night it was a bargain for Milan.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms and the whole atmosphere are clean and well designed. The hotel has a modern, youngish style. In average I was extremelly satisfied.

ok- friendly but very average
Ok hotel, airconditioning in rooms not functioning... noisy acoustic.... very mediocre shower pressure & temperature...was located close to venue 10Watt which is a really cool place. Also great winebar across the street. Otherwise not worth the detour in my point of view...

Bad Choice of Hotel for Visiting Milan
I stayed at this hotel from 3/15 - 3/19. The ladies at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. When I checked in the lady didn't tell me I needed to put the key card in a slot to make the lights work. She also neglected to mention Internet service costs 7 Euros per-day. Some of my colleagues got their TVs working in English but I never received any assistance despite requesting it frequently. The location is bad, it is either an expensive taxi ride into the city or a confusing maze of subways and buses. I was lost for 2 hours trying to find my way back to the hotel from the closest subway station.The rooms are clean, no problems there. Also, the breakfast is fantastic with lots of choices.Overall I would not stay here again (it wasn't my choice) nor would I recommend it to anyone.
