In Willa Isabel again
This was our second time we visited Gdansk and we only thought about one place to stay - Willa Isabel. Nothing has changed since the last time - everything remained brilliant. I love the way they present breakfast, the atmosphere and the decor in the rooms and in breakfast room is simply beautiful. We were given even a better room than last time as the owner remembered us and gave us a free upgrade - how nice of them! Willa Isabel has everything we need - wifi, great locations and friendly staff. We will definitely visit again.

tip top :) nice hotel
The location is perfect and you can sightsee every important point walking about 15 minutes.for old town . Personel is helpfull and frendly. Nice breakfast. nice stay. Design of hotel is really impressed. Clean and spacious room , ewith view for old town .

Marvelous!
Both me and my family were truly amazed by all of the standards - especially kids have a wonderful time, they really loved one of the maids ( unfortunately i forgot her name). Nice and professional staff, really comfortable and clean rooms - the biggest one in particular, Breakfasts were delicious (every day different), the neighbourhood was quiet and cosy... We didn't expect such graet holiday in Poland. If you are looking for something cheap and with amazing standards at the same time, this is the place for you and your family! it was LOVELY! :)Owen & family from Ireland

Stay away!!!
We stayed here 3 nights with our doughter and this is the worse hotell we have ever been to. Please find somewhere else to stay, you get a much better hotell for the same price. Nothing was ready when we arrived at night, and we got a much smaller room than what we booked. No airkondition either. The bed our dougher was offered was a thin camping bed and it was broken. The bathroomsdoor could not be closed, and the showerdoor fell off every time. Cleaning of room did not exist, even when we reminded them. The exuse the last night was that they could not find the extra key!Breakfast is served in a small room without windows. We only ate once. We usually dont complain, but this hotell is very very bad in many ways. Keep away!!!!

Don't go there!!!!!
Unprofesionall cheap place that should not be listed in any hotel reservation portal. Don't go there if you don't want to spend your vacation or short trip.One day before the arrival i have phoned willa to confirm my reservations especially that I've booked 2 nights in June already in August 2011. They were supposed to call me if there is a problem but since no one called I assumed it is OK. On the arrival they told me that my room is taken and thay have another 1* villa for me booked!!!!! Since it was day o a footbal game I am sure that the owner gave my room someone elso for much higher price that my original booking from 2011.This is not that way to do business!!!
