NYC Getaway
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for one night during an anniversary getaway to the city. This hotel was about $150.00 cheaper than the midtown Sheraton so we opted to stay out of the city. The location near the Lincoln Tunnel makes for an easy commute into the city and the views from our hotel room were absolutely spectacular! The skyline of Manhattan was visible from the bedroom as well as the living area. The view alone made it worthwhile to stay outside of the city. Here are the overall pros and cons..Pros:-Beautiful view! Be sure to request the city view.-Excellent service! We received a free upgrade to a suite on the 20th floor because the room was available when we checked in.-We received a complimentary fruit and cheese plate 10 minutes after we checked in.-Our room was beautiful and clean-Easy 20 minute commute to the city-Free parking-Close to Harmon Meadows - lots of food, movie theater, some shoppingCons:-Some slight wear in the hallways - mostly chipped paint in a few areas-Restaurant was expensive for breakfast, but the quality didn't match the price ($18.00 for the mediocre buffet)Overall, I would stay here again without hesitation. Above average hotel - not perfect, but perfectly acceptable.

Business visit
I had a terrific room that had been renovated recently. I heard others complaining about their rooms that had not been redone.I had a chance to have lunch in their casual restaurant. The food was very good. It was slow though. No fault of the server, but you would think they would be prepared for the business based on the percentage of rooms sold out. It was obvious they were having a hard time handling it.The conference facilities were comfortable and the banquets they catered quite nice. The only downside was an escalator out of commission and elevators very very slow. I think they were only running 2.

The Sheraton In NJ!
I stayed here for 4 days in New Jersey and this hotel was great and it had a really good location right by the Lincoln tunnel and other. This was a really nice place to stay had an awesome location and staff was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to people who would like to just relax or got to a game since MetLife is very weird located very close. Also I recommend this to people who are just going to relax since a lot of things are located around. So many cool things there is an awesome room if you go up and see a wonderful grass and trees in the view. Also the pool was so nice and they have a nice small gift shop locate downstairs in the lobby. Well it was really great! The wonderful thing that you can¿¿¿t compare this to other hotels is the location. They have a beautiful view and the other place surrounded by it like MetLife and IZOD center, very close. The second thing I will talk about is the staff, they are wonderful the rooms are always clean and the staff is very nice. For example when I arrive at the door they were very nice and they had a mistake in the room key but that's not a big problem since they gave me a new one in a few seconds. The decors were very nice furniture was in my room I like the how there was always one huge television set in each room and 2 very nice beds they were very comfortable each room came with an iron and a clean and organized washroom with one chair in the room. So that was really good and since there was Starbucks Coffee in the lobby I like how coffee is in the rooms, so I think that is an advantage for the hotel since the coffee comes from downstairs. The food was very nice yet the prices for it was a little pricey but since the food was great it was worth it. The price might have been a little pricey for the 4 day stay but the regards of it was great. That is why I gave this hotel this amount of rating since it was a good place to visit since it¿¿¿s the first time for me in a hotel. It was a little pricey but in these paragraphs I did discuss that everything in the hotel including staff was wonderful. So that's why I recommend this hotel to people.

Second time around
Wow. The first stay back in march was a disaster. The heat didn't work the room was worn down an the front desk staff was ineffective. This time the room on the club level was right on par. The club lounge here is still a stepchild of the Sheraton family.

Tainted brand name of Sheraton
This location is completely insufficient to presented as a one of Sheraton affiliates. From Quality to cleanliness is not up to the standard. Very old, only 1 out of 4 elevators working after 9pm, customers have to wait for 5+mins. Stay away. Unless its only for a night and don't mind the avg. hotel.
