Location & Hospitality...Two Thumbs Up!
We highly recommend La Villa Saint-Germain! We chose this hotel for its location, and were pleased with its close proximity to everything! It's a beautiful and modern hotel, hidden in plain sight! Minutes to Boulevard St. Germain, the Louvre, Place du Carrousel, Pone des Arts, Place de la Concorde, Tuileries Palace & Garden, Av. des Champs-¿¿lys¿¿es, Mus¿¿e d'Orsay, and more. The neighborhood caf¿¿s and shops are quite enjoyable and fabulous with everything from "mom-n-pop" shops to Cartier and Louis Vuitton. Perfect boutique hotel with a staff providing just enough service without being over-bearing or pretentious. Enjoy!

Good boutique hotel in a good location
La Villa is ideally located - six stops with no changes on the metro from Gare Du Nord, a short walk from Saint-Germain du Pres metro stop, many restaurants and brasseries near by and on the relative quiet Rue Jacob.Stayed here for one night for a family celebration taking five rooms. Olga on reception greeted us warmly when we arrived and was helpful throughtout our stay.Each of the floors has a different theme and style and each of the rooms is different in layout and arrangement. My wife and I stayed in 48 which is high enough to be very quiet, but still has a nice view of the shuttered houses when the windows are open. 48 has a bath large enough to lie in with a powerful shower over the bath and with a glass screen halfway down the bath. The bathroom has a glass sliding screen for privacy and warmth. The bathroom is not large, but it is stylish in a modern, minimalist way. There is no towel rail but there is a line that can be extended over the bath.Other bedrooms that my family used had either a shower only or a separate toilet from the bathroom. The rooms on the second floor had a better view of the street with large windows, but tended to be a little noisier (not that this is a noisy street).48 has wooden floors - other rooms were fully carpeted. The wooden floors looked classy. It also has a sliding door to close the sleeping section of the room.The bed was comfortable and firm. Behind the bed was a cloth screen of a typical Paris landscape. Other rooms had plain white walls with photos and pictures of Paris. Each room has a number of ornaments making it feel like you are staying in a smart home.The room had an iPad docking station with speaker of a high quality.There was plenty of hanging and storage space for a relatively small room.Wi-fi was free and Olga had slips explaining how to connect which she gave out. Fifteen to twenty yards from the hotel on the opposite corner was a restaurant offering breakfast for ten euros (orange juice, fruit cocktail, croisant and a hot drink), which was good and cheaper than eating in the hotel.Breakfast in the hotel is served in the basement where the gym can also be found.

Wonderful three nights!
Perfect location for all our Paris activities. Superb service and hospitality. Very very pleased.I have stayed at this hotel once before - For all my future stays in Paris - La Villa Saint-Germain is the hotel for me and my family.

Nice and modern hotel
Nice, modern and little hotel in the center of the city. Close to the major museums. Very kind service at the entrance and front desk.Breakfast buffet is to expensive and not worth the money. Take the breakfast in your room it is served in time, better and cheaper than the buffet.

Poor service, bedroom temperature boiling (need to sleep with windows open, in December). Great location.
Great location. nice, modern and clean hotel. Service is poor, staff is arrogant. Bedroom temperature was boiling, so we had to open the windows during the night while it was freezing outside... And since our room was on the side of the street, it was very noisy. So overall a very bad night sleep.
