First class accommodation
First class accommodation and first class service all for a brilliantly low price. I would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments even though we had some issues when checking in. Apartments are large, well furnished and had everything you would expect from a 5* hotel including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. Great location with good transport links.

Very pleasant stay
Within short distance from central station. Nice quiet cozy place. Feel at home in these apartments with all the luxury which a 5 star hotel would have provided. Would recommend this to everyone who wants good amenities at low price.

5 star accomodation - 3 star price home from home
Location -Just oustside the main hub of the city. 15/20 minute walk from the central train station (2 straight roads). In the middle of housing area, however the Platnium Residence apartments easy to locate. Service -Booked through booking.com at ¿¿45 a night (sleeps 4) so extremely good value for money. Received a text from Ewa (girl who helps let out these private apartments) early in the day requesting what time we were due. When arrived we headed to reception, who called Ewa to inform her that we had arrived. 5 minutes later Ewa turned up and gave us a quick guide to the apartments, keys and wifi code. Room - Open plan living, kitchen and bedroom (partitioned off). Seperate bathroom and walk in wardrobe. 99% of furnishings where from Ikea, which gave it a very modern feel.Kitchen had all utensils and white goods needed for a short break. Dishwasher, oven, kettle etc...Living room L-shaped sofabed extremely comfy and plasma TV (ours didnt work - but no problem).Bed (room) scomfy double bed, extra sheets, pillows and brand new towels. Opened out onto a small balcony. Large built in wardrobes with standard ikea rail systems. The air conditioning was very very good. Instant heat and cool options. Bathroom was modern with large power shower - was great to use after a freezing walk home at night.Walk in wardrobe had plenty of space and was home to ironing facilities. Overall I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone! Suprised this hasnt got better ratings than it has!Walk in wardro

The 5* standard in normal price
It's is one of the best hotel in Warsaw in the best price. It's modern, comfortable and very good located hotel. We reserved the apartment about one mounth before staying and we paid only about 55EUR per night. We had very good apartament in 18th floor with beautiful view on center of Warsaw and Palace of Culture and Science. Rooms are very big and clean. We had bedroom and sitting room. In both of this room we had big TV with satelite and DVD. We had big kitchen with big fridge, dishwasher and a lot on kitchen staff. In apartment we had everything what we need incliding washing machine. I recommended this hotel for everyone.

Excellent room and facilities, just a few service issues
Before noting the quibbles, I would like to start by saying that the apartment rooms at the Platinum Residence are incredibly good value for money. You get your own bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom as well as plenty of hanging space and two televisions with DVD and satellite. The rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable, and the building has several restaurants and a supermarket for convenience.There are a few issues that would be easily fixed if the management of the Platinum took notice. First, every room comes with an ironing board - but no iron. I have stayed here four times and each time I have had to request an iron despite the board already being in the room. Furthermore, the selection of kitchen utensils varies considerably from room to room for no apparent reason. Finally, when checking in past 10pm, there is only ever one person on reception and they can't leave the desk. This means that any issues on check in can't be resolved until the following morning. If you need to iron your shirt before work the next day, this can be a bit of a problem. They also seem to be very inconsistent with frequent guests (like myself) as to the amount of paperwork that needs filling in and whether or not a deposit is required.All of the above are minor quibbles, mostly related to the fact that I have been staying at the Platinum for some time - and all would be simple to fix. That said, it remains a great place to stay for business travel.
