Not really bad but there's a lot of room for better
I slept there 4 nights early April. I was not impressed. I try to figure out what makes it qualify for a 5star hotel and apart from the breakfast nothing comes to my mind. Good parts:staff okbreakfast greatcleanlocation relatively ok but not idealNot so good partsrooms are not bad but small, there's not much differentiating them from a 3 star hotel. (on the so-called Scandinavian floor)TV channels mostly Polish, not much to see if you want something elsewindow was facing a wall, 10 meters awayBad parts: the bed is narrow and unstable, the mattress is very light, not fixed to the bed frame so if you don't pay attention you may fall over. I did.

Very comfortable bed, which allows you to perfectly relax
Radisson Blu Centrum Hotel is ideally located. Front desk very friendly and prompt. Rooms large, at a decent level. Very comfortable bed, which allows you to perfectly relax. Bathrooms fitted as standard, but in our room doors themselves were opened. On the downside - WiFi that did not work. Breakfast is an ideal, delicious, wide selection of products. If you find the hotel at the special price, it's definitely better to find it than any *** star.

Couldn't fault it
Just stayed for 3 nights but given a "business" class room. Loads of room everything you need and spotless. The breakfast is extensive, hot and cold buffet. You would be hard pressed not to fill up for the day. However much better if you can get breakfast included in room rate otherwise could be expensive. Staff friendly and helpful.

A case of Bad Hardware But Good Software...
I stayed here for 2 nights last week. I choose this place because of the location and also because I am a Club Carlson member and I thought that I can add up some points. Also I have stayed many times here in India in a Radisson Blu Resort in Chennai and I went in with the mind-set that all Radissons would the same in terms of quality and service.Ok, even before I start, let me say that the staff here is really wonderful and are very helpful. They are really responsive did all that they could do when I needed them for anything. But sadly that¿¿¿s where the good things end.This hotel is really in a lovely place, it¿¿¿s absolutely city centre. But the hotel REALLY needs an upgrade. The decors are very dated and look like it has never been touched from the days of its inception. I stayed in an executive suite, room no 1038 on the 10th floor. That¿¿¿s the highest floor on the hotel. The room has many cracks on the walls and the carpet looks really very sad.The bed is good and I did have good sleep, but the TV has no paid movies channels and I had to watch CNN and BBC for the whole stay because most of the other channels were all in Polish. The room service was quick, but I never ordered anything more than French fries so I really can¿¿¿t say anything much about the other things mentioned on the in room dining menu. The morning breakfast that was there on the ground floor was also pretty average. For someone who is from the other side of the world I expected a bit more variety for everyone. I mean I stayed at the Radisson not some local Polish Hotel. I felt that there could have been more variety for sure. The bread rolls were cold and I had to compare it with my stay at the Buddha Bar hotel, in Prague where it¿¿¿s a much smaller hotel compared to the Radisson but they did serve me better bread which was both softer and hot there.In all if I have to sum things up, the hotel management have to really get their act together before they sink this ship. Like I said the people here are warm but the hardware really needs to be touched upon. For now I think I would recommend the Westin Hotel that¿¿¿s just Opposite to this place and I think I would try it myself next time I am here in Warsaw.
