This hotel is far from the city centre of Lisbon with no method of travelling to the centre except for a costly taxi ride. Amenities at this hotel are very few - air conditioning did not work, soap/shampoo gel very poor quality. The service at the bar/food area was terrible. I stood for over 30 minutes at the bar awaiting for service (and was noticed by employees), but was not served - so left the area. Walls in the rooms are very thin and sleeping was difficult due to noise in close by rooms. Check-in clerk was the only staff member who was helpful and represented the hotel well. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is quite good if you have a car or rent a car, as it's at a highway service area. The room and hotel are reasonably good with ibis standard, as well as the price. The building itself is a bit old, but the cleanliness is good. If you want to escape from the noisy downtown and plan to visit Sintra anyway, this is a great place to stay and easy to access with a car.

A friend and I stayed at the Ibis Lisboa Oeiras Hotel the night before I had to go to the airport to return to the United States. He and I had stayed there as well on a previous visit. For the price the room was great - clean and comfortable, as was the entire facility. The rooms are somewhat small, but that is to be expected for this type of economy hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again for sure.

This is a little below average Ibis. Very basic room but functional, clean, quiet and reasonably comfortable. Location is convenient only if you have a car - it is actually a highway motel that suited well our two days sight-seeing plans in the Sintra region. All in all it is a good place to get a good night's sleep and a decent shower.

Just stayed 2 nights at the Ibis Oeiras. The rooms were quite small but very clean and the bedding was changed along with the towels both nights. Rooms were well soundproofed and no problems sleeping but you had to have the window shut and the air con on. The air con was quite dated and the one in our room didn't seem to work as it should have done. Breakfast was very good and everything fresh (including the coffee which wasn't from the usual press button machines). We managed to get into Lisbon without much difficulty and didn't use taxi services. We took the car through to Oeiras Parque (the large shopping centre) and parked up for the day which was free. Then took the 111 from outside the shopping centre which dropped us off at Oeiras train station from then a train took us straight through no stop and we were in Lisbon within 25 minutes. So it can be done!!!!! Return journey from the main station in Lisbon took a little longer as it was a stopping train.
