We stayed here for 4 days in an Executive room. Very spacious - you get a living room, kitchenette that connects to the living room, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony.The apartment hotel was recently renovated and it shows - rooms were clean, ceilings and walls were almost like new.Both bedroom and living room have connection to the balcony with floor to ceiling windows for those who want the view or just enjoy sunlight.Beds were in the harder side which is great!The morning breakfast was basic, but delicious. Bacon and eggs or sausages and eggs. Salads, croissants, 6 different juices, tea-coffee, cereal, milk etc. Restaurant is on the 8th floor so you can get a good view of the Alps in the background.To make it simple:+ Spacious room+Clean+2 TV-s+Kitchenette+Balcony+Very good access to the metro station+Near restaurants and groceries+Across the road there's a really nice restaurant and you get 10% off when you mention that you are staying in Contessa Jolanda+Rooms are cleaned daily+Breakfast included.+ Free bathroom toiletries, including shaving kits, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo etc.-Window blinds are on the old side - bedroom didn't feature any curtains so for those who like to sleep until noon - it might be a problem.- Heating system was malfunctioning a bit, but nothing big.-/+ Kitchenette is functional, but you have to provide your own pots/pans/spoons/forks/plates etc.+/- The price was just alright. Payed 92 euros up to 106 per night in march. Plus tourist tax which is 4 euros per night, per person for a 4 star hotel.Special thanks to the anonymous cleaning-lady who managed to clean our room whenever we left it.

Stayed for a week on business visit to Milan. Preferred staying here as it was close and could walk down to work. Its a very busy hotel and always better to make reservations in advance. Stayed in other ATA hotels in Milan, but by far this was better.

This particular hotel has very good four star facility in Milan. I particularly like the location which is very close and convenient to reach from Milan Central the main train station and as well as from heart of Milan 'The Duomo'. Well connected with metro, tram and bus.The ambiance of the hotel is very nice and clean, specially if you are planning a long term stay. The rooms are specious and also provide a fully equipped kitchen if you wanna cook your own meal if not, Also there are plenty of authentic Italian restaurants and pizerrias near by.The only thing i miss here is the swimming pool.So over all good location, good ambiance and good space makes it worth to spend your holidays.

I once lived there for two months u_uSo it was my home!While i lived in Milan i stayed there.Very clean big beadrooom. The hotel is near Maciachini stationso is very fast to get everyone. The hotel is near two places where you can buy groceries. And my room had a kitchen, so it was very helpfullSigh... Good days...

Make sure payment goes off your credit card before arrival, they will cancel your booking without letting you know!!!!! I booked this hotel directly from there website months before, before I went on my travels my creditcard expired and I had to get a new card. So when I arrived at the hotel they informed me in an unfriendly manner that by booking was cancelled. When we asked why they did not call the guy said his colleague should have he agreed. The guy then irratated tried to get us a room for 2 nights, he definitly showed that he did not really want to. The hotel and room is clean, but the fridge in the room could use a clean. The room is big with balcony. Underground is 15 minutes away. The reception guy was much friendlier the next day and really helpfull! We probably catched him on a bad day, but it created much stress for us. I would recommend this hotel if you are 100% sure your payment did go through!
