Bio breakfast!
The location was not bad in between places to see and the Strasbourg station both in 10min walk distance.The room was comfort enough and the service is good as international big hotel group being able to communicate fully in English as well. I had a problem staying online as the wifi connection was a bit weak and unstable. The great thing about this hotel was the food served at breakfast was mostly bio which I haven't experienced before on this price range. I would stay again when I get there next time.

Good location but very noisy
Excellent location to use as a base for exploring the city. However, there was an enormous building site directly opposite and there was no mention of this when booking the room but as we were out and about all day, it wasn't a major problem. Service was good and room and breakfast was okay. Would stay there again if visiting Strasbourg.

Great location, hotel doesn't deserve its stars
Spend a weekend with a friend and hotel has a great location, center of town, but accessible by car and placed in a quiet street. Staff was super friendly, but the hotel has seen better days. The bathroom was not well cleaned, the beds were uncomfortable (and I rarely say that), breakfast for 16.90¿¿¿ highly overrated, they even promote it as a bio breakfast, well yes they have little jams and butter bio production, but otherwise they serve frozen bread and buns that are "cooked" in their owen, parking 16¿¿¿ a day, but if you you stay only a half of day you are better off parking in a garage where you pay per hour and it is the same rate, last but not least I asked for a recommendation on a first night for a good restaurant and they sent us to a perfect tourist trap, a place that looks nice, but food quality poor and prices exuberant.

Fabulous location with great staff
I stayed at this property for three nights. It's a great, central location, however there is construction blocking a street and I ended up asking four different people for directions and getting lost in the rain for 45 minutes before eventually finding the hotel. The staff here are really lovely - the girls at receptions were always friendly and willing to help with whatever was needed (resetting key cards, directions to sights and/or restaurants, printing train tickets...).Breakfast wasn't included and was an additional 16.50 euro, so I went elsewhere. Not a problem though, because there are many little bakeries and caf¿¿s nearby.A few minor things - colour scheme in rooms could definitely be updated, and there are some wear and tear signs that show (ie. wall paint peeling in the bathroom, really worn carpets at the front door of the room).Overall a good stay!

Comfortable room shame about the decor
The hotel itself was alright and the rooms, having a bay window, were quite large but the colour scheme, maroon, turquoise and lime green, was just too much. The corridors also had a strange colour scheme. The breakfast was disappointing and the much anticipated views were not to be seen. If you are lucky enough to park in the small car park you have to navigate a small sprial staircase to reception and the lift. The location is just perfect so I'm afraid next time we'll be back in the Sofitel next door. If you're under 50 you'll probably appreciate the hotel more than we didn.
