Don't Stay Here !
Telephone booking made and confirmedExplained we would arrive in the early hoursAnd that I had mobility problems assured no problem.Arrived at 4am having been travelling for 14 hrs very embarrassed night porter explained he couldn't find the booking But could give us a room ON THE SIXTH FLOOR. AND NO LIFT.Obviously of NO USE AT ALL.....They advertise on street parking ...BE VERY CAREFUL on leaving hotel at 4.15am due to OUR BOOKED ROOM NOT BEING AVAILABLE we observed a British car being removed from a parking bay and towed For no ticket ! Read other reviews seems lift has been out of service for some time although we were assure it was ok ! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Lovely Hotel!
We stayed here as an overnight stop with our daughter. The room was large enough for us, with all the comforts you would expect to have in a hotel. The Receptionist at arrival was very kind and friendly and so was the staff at breakfast. It's really good value for money and we will definitely use it again on our next trip through Calais!

ideal budget city center hotel
hotel is idealy located in calais good shops close by and the newish complex opposite2 good restaurants 2 mins away , there is on street parking side streets or in the shopping complex, staff are freindly speak good english,breakfast is fine served 6am-12 - room was big and spacious, beds very comfortable - only lacking was a english tv channel overall a good base to use in calais

Reasonably good value and comfort
Other than the sellotaped toilet seat in our room and in our relatives room next door, everything else was OK, (other than the missing bedside table that should have been fixed to the headboard on my side of the bed that had broken off and not been replaced). Handy for the town itself there is 24 hour car parking available in the shopping centre opposite the hotel for 7 euros - we managed to park on the 1st floor directly opposite the staffed office so felt that our car would be more than secure there. The breakfast was OK and all in all there is a good chance that we will use this hotel again whenever we choose to stay overnight in Calais.

Welcoming budget hotel
Stayed with 14 others on a cycling tour. Hotel provided secure storage for bikes & kit. Rooms large and clean. Hotel has seen better days but is adequate for an overnight. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast continental with just enough selection. Budget hotel with no drama's.
