Stayed here for 5 nights - the staff were helpful ¿¿¿ the room was standard well equipped and clean. Breakfast was included and was plentiful. Lunches were reasonably priced basic and functional. I was here for work and location therefore dictated choice. The metro is nearby to get into the city about 35 minutes. No shortage of restaurants and facilities nearby, immediate motorway access and about 15 minutes¿¿¿ drive from the airport.

Great for business around
I stayed at the hotel from March 10 to March 14, great people at the front desk, personalized attention and quick check in.Rooms are clean and well distributed, the shower had 3 nozzles which makes the bath experience very nice and relaxing.A/C and heater are efficient and windows opens all the way for fresh air.Restaurant offers a good menu and a complete meal for a flat price with two choices. Breakfast is fantastic with a wide range of Ham from Spain, also they offer bread, fruit, yogurt and plenty orange and peach juice.Attention at the restaurant is very good.I really recommend this hotel for business people who are going to stay around Alcobendas. If you want to go for a tour to Downtown Madrid take a cab to the nearest train station; the train will take you to station Puerta del Sol which is perfect for you to walk around downtown.Keep in mind that the last train service is at 11:30 pm otherwise you will have to take a cab back to the hotel.

Nice business hotel
I've stayed in the hotel for 2 days in business. The room was cozy and spacious, everything was well cleaned. I also liked the breakfast.The avenue where it is located is pretty calm and wide, there is not much traffic.In the back of the hotel there is a huge public garden, where you can chill at the end of the day, or do some kind of sports.In a walkable distance there are shoppings and plenty of restaurants, which is nice. The staff was polite and helpful.As long as you don't have high expectactions, and just need a place for with some nice basics, I recommend this hotel.

Exc business hotel
I stayed here for business in February. The hotel staff are excellent, room spacious for a business hotel etc. there is a small gym and sauna too if you should feel the need. The great thing is you can walk to the businesses on the business park - much easier than needing to get taxis etc. The breakfast was good, normal self service with a range of options. We did not eat in the hotel in the evenings. There is a Holmes Place gym within walking distance and my husband was able to go in as a day guest whilst I was working (¿¿¿12-15) great range of facilities - one tip for us Brits you do need a swimming hat - yes even the guys! There is also a development of bars, restaurants (mostly chains) and a cinema close by. Great to be able walk out after a day inside. Would definitely stay here again for business

Nice Hotel
We stayed in this hotel for two nights before traveling to the south of Spain. The rooms were very clean, in good condition and the beds were VERY comfortable. Pilar at the front desk was a sweetheart and she was very helpful. It is not far from the Metro (maybe an 8 minute walk) and there is a beautiful park behind the hotel. We bought a "bed and breakfast" deal and the breakfast was very good. There is also a small mall that is a ten minute walk from the hotel; nothing exciting but had a few places to eat that were very good. The only negative thing I might say is that is not centrally located in Madrid, but Madrid is a metro ride away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
