good value for money
Fantastic location - 2 min walk from Platform 11 of the Westbahnhof. Good rooms, Friendly staff, sufficient breakfast and enough eating places ( especially a lovely family run Chinese eatery round the corner). And a bar. All the trams and metros and railways and airport bus - two minute walk away.

Good location, but that's about it
I relied on other reviews when booking this hotel, as I stayed in one not too far from here and thoroughly enjoyed that experience. However, being across from the transportation center appealed to me. Was a mistake. The elevator was out, but I was told it would be repaired and working the next day. It was never fixed during my stay of 3 days. Was given the smallest room on the second floor (two flights up a circular staircase) that overlooked the corner - very noisy. Room was so small that toilet was separate from bath, in what was probably once a broom closet. No desk or dresser, television so small (12") that I could not see it well, but not that it made a difference, since there was nothing but one news channel in English. Carpet was coming up, pillows were flat, room was hot and the curtains had holes in it. Oh, and go across the street to the transportation station mall and get yourself a box of teabags - 2.80 euros each in the minibar. OUCH!

Excellent personnel, services and location, good room
The hotel is excellently located at 2 min of Westbahnhof and metro station - the metro network of Vienna is very good and help you go everywhere in Vienna, in very short time. The room was clean and nice (still, the furniture looked rather poor). The personnel is the best asset of the hotel - very friendly and helpful. We felt really welcome. I would stay again there, for sure, and recommend the hotel to my friends.

Nice breakfast, quite convenient location
Stayed in a double room, which was really outdated and did not feel like a room of a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was ok but the floor and the furniture in the room could have been changed some years ago already. The pillows on the bed were very thin - you had to fold one pillow four times before putting it under your head. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. Location is quite convenient. It is easy to get to the centre of the city by metro or if you don't like using the metro there are several tram lines which you can use to get around the city.

Ideal Location
A minute from the Vienna's principal train Station and 2 primary metro lines you are 15 minutes from St Stephens Square or other major central sites of interest including excellent a high end shopping street. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and for those needing fast food McDonalds is minutes away with a host of other offerings in the train station. Taxis Bus and Tram all allow access to parts of the City right near the hotel. This is a european modest hotel with a nicely appointed lounge with internet, a restaraunt that does offer breakfast ( A very healthy one) at a small additional charger each morning. The rooms are not large but well maintained and comfortable to sleep in. Staff willing to help and please. Good Value and worth using as a base to explore Vienna.
