Starting from the free airport shuttle bus and following by the smile of the staff things seems to be nice and smooth for the greenest hotel of Europe. Spacious and clean rooms, 5-star breakfast with organic materials, relaxed atmosphere and modern restaurant-public spaces in combination with X-boxes 360 play room for tennagers and a free wi-fi! What else can you ask for a family! Family rooms? They got it! And they gentle all the time. And they have the most convinient transportation with metro tickets that can be bought from the reception desk. With a metro-train station within 5 minutes walking distance, exploring Copenhagen but Sweden/Malmoe is so easy when you need 10 minutes to city centre and 20 to Malmoe. Eurovision fans can grap that deal as anyone else! By far the smartest choice ever made for a city hotel.

Went with a friend to Copenhagen for a Weekend trip, Picked this place because it seemed to have relatively large rooms (in European terms) for the price and the selection in Copenhagen for hotels is not great in General. Free Shuttle from the Airport is handy as you don't have to worry about dealing with the Public Transport on Arrival, just go to the Information Desk at Terminal 2 and there's an iPad to the left of the desk where you can order the shuttle, waiting time was around 8-10 minutes.Location is pretty Isolated but its situated a 5 minute walk from the M1 Line Metro, which runs 24 hours and is very frequent (every 5 minutes during the day and around 10-15 minutes at night) Staff were very professional upon check in, the Business Center had computers with Internet for free (Handy for checking in online for your flight)I didn't really ask them that much as I'd researched a bit online before I went there, however they were pretty friendly from a Dutch Perspective. I think sometimes being from the US/Irish/UK people expect a chat and a bit of banter but this is not the norm on the continent (I'm Irish) We were in room 818, Room was very cleanIce Machine was just around the cornerIt was very quiet. Sleep quality was excellent, everything worked in the room, free Wifi (signal was not great but I wouldn't expect full signal all over the hotel a Speed test reported around 200kbps) Bathroom had Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Soap. Shower had adequate pressure and the bathroom was a good size, towels were absorbent and there was easily enough for 2 people. Room also had a bathrobe, only one but to be honest I didn't spend enough time in the room to lounge around in a bathrobe. Room had 2 free bottles of water and coffee/tea/hot chocolate making facilities, these were replenished daily. Minibar is an Instant charge one so if you take something out its charged immediately to your room. Overall I would say this Hotel is a good choice if you are visiting Copenhagen and don't mind a 15 minute ride into the city (Costs 24 Kroner / person, 2 Zone Ticket about EUR 3.25 valid for 1 hour) Its also possible to take the Train at the same station (Downstairs) to Malmo, the journey is around 25 minutes. There is a shopping center situated next to the Metro station called "Fields" which is quite large and has a good selection of shops. Checkout was fast and there were no unexpected charges, they also put my friends bag into storage so he could go into the City for the day and come back later to pickup his bag and take the shuttle to the Airport. Good Hotel targeted mainly at Business Travelers but also good for Couples/Single groups at a good price point. I would stay here again if visiting Copenhagen.

Crowne plaza Copenhagen is just minutes away from the airport. It is a few minutes walk from the metro which connects you to the central station and other sights. The restaurant serves very tasty food. Fields Shopping Mall is next door and there is an excellent food court here. The hotel is in a very quiet neighbourhood and the rooms are also very clean and quiet. Free wi fi is available .

If there is one part of this hotel that can't be faulted is the staff. I have stayed on on 3-4 occasions and each time the staff have gone out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay. The Concierge team were fantastic and so too were the f&b employees.There is not really anything with walking distance of the hotel except for a shopping centre. In saying that the airport is a 5 minute drive and the city centre is less than 10 minutes away by train. Despite the location, I would stay at this hotel again when in Copenhagen.

On arrival, the concierge were frosty towards us though they heartily welcomed another guest who checked in at the same time. I was unable to buy a Copenhagen Card at the hotel and was offered no help as to how I might procure one. I had to travel into central Copenhagen and enquire at the Radisson Blu, who were extremely helpful and directed me towards Hotel Absalon where I finally managed to purchase one. The room was adequate, but the daily cleaning was not. Our bins were not emptied for the entire duration of our stay and one of the towelling robes vanished on the penultimate day. The breakfast, however, was excellent, both selection and service. I shall not stay here again because they are clearly partial in their treatment of their guests.
