not a superior room at all, staff unable to sort out the problems
I was very disappointed by the quality of superior room we stayed in. Although it was clean, the promised design was far from superior, the furniture was old and shabby, the walls were cracked, the TV didn't work etc. staff couldn't help us with anything, they didn't even know where are the restaurants in the neighbourhood. Also gave us incorrect passwords to the internet etc. Wasn't happy with the place at all

Excellent value for money
Stayed in a superior room over Easter. The hotel describes itself as a 3* Premium Hotel with Boutique rooms. For Boutique read small, basic, functional. We had room 519 in the block through the courtyard, it was on the top floor of the hotel at the far end of the corridor, through a second door which we closed at night, and was quiet. We paid ¿¿25 a night B&B through ebookers which we thought was excellent value. The room had a king size bed with bedside shelves, there was hanging space and two drawers which were too small for clothes, and a hair dryer. The room had a TV and a comfortable chair. Being on the top floor we had roof windows, but as the room overlooked the Courtyard there wouldn¿¿¿t have been a view had there been a window. The bathroom was roomy with a hot and powerful rain shower, there was shower gel; hand soap and tissues in the bathroom. The only thing missing was a kettle but we took our own as I need a cuppa before I get out of bed. The dining room was charming, it had dark tables with table cloths and wooden chairs. The food was not very varied but adequate ¿¿¿ you won¿¿¿t starve. There was cereals; apple and orange juice; tea, coffee and chocolate. There was bacon, fried and boiled eggs, large beans, cheese and ham slices. There was a selection of bread and a couple of toasters. The staff were very attentive and promptly cleared the tables. The dining room did get busy about 9.15am so we were down for breakfast about 8.30am when it was quiet.To get to the hotel from the airport, take bus 119 to the end, using the underpass go to the tram stop and get tram 26 down the hill to Husinescka. Walk up the hill and Cimburkova is the third street on the left. The hotel is at the bottom. As you walk from the tram stop up the hill there are a couple of restaurants on the left, one Pod Viktorkou on a corner was very nice and we ate there twice.All in all excellent value for money.

Nice hotel
We used this hotel during our roadtrip. Staff was friendly and helpful. We also used the garage for our car. Breakfast was pretty bad. But the hotel was clean and the rooms are very nice and quite modern.

Nice hotel, attentive manager but staff needs improvement
We had to complain to the hotel manager to give us a room that was according to our booking and description given, this happened only the next day after our arrival as the receptionist although trying to be helpful was the only working person there at that time and could not leave his position. Both rooms did not have working TVs and despite several complaints nobody was able to fix that. Surprisingly the entire hotel has only 4 fridges and these are moved around according to need, as we have been told. When we asked for one, firstly we were told there was none available, the hotel manager then gave us one the next day in the new room, however it did not work and was certainly closer to room temperature than to cooling temperature. Parking your car is also a nightmare, the garage is extremely small and difficult to maneuver, it took me nearly 20 minutes every time I had to move my car to get it into a position where it would not totally block somebody else! At the same time, two spaces where blocked by either locks or signs as they were reserved for the night guard. Other guests had the same issues and one couple from Luxembourg said they have been told that the hotel sells more spaces than available as "there are always people that don't show up"! At 20 Euros per day parking is quite expensive in the hotel, especially in an area where parking is for residents only and cars are clamped down or taken away by the police. Main receptionist was not very attentive and made no mistake that every single request made was a burden to him, we had to run after restaurant staff in the evening to order food. At breakfast time, milk was not kept cold and we saw breakfast cereals in the same bowls in the evening sitting there just with supermarket plastic bags over them. Gym and other facilities were not existent in the hotel.Overall, the hotel itself is a very nice structure and certainly deserves to be called nice and stylish and the manager was attentive, but the staff that fills in the building with life definitely needs some training in customer service, general admin and organization and food hygiene.To be fair, the maintenance person was quick and nice when I locked my documents in the safe and could not open it again.

well nice staff but somethings are bad
well nice staff, internet is not so stable, hotel location is ok, breakfast is ok, rooms are ok, a bit overpriced but hey it was high season, a very big lie they will tell you to book hotel limousine from airport, so did i , it was a normal taxi, not a limousine, when i confronted them with that, they said oh just a nicer car ( which was a normal taxi ) nothing special, so be careful,
