Great Stay
I must admit I had some reservations about booking this hotel after I had read some negative reviews but we loved our stay at the hotel. The front desk staff was wonderful. They were a 10+ in customer service. We were there for vacation (5 days) so the location was perfect to get to everything in the city. The room was immaculate and kept that way everyday. The rooms are a little small but considering the budget price it was definitely worth it. They even supply "free" water and WIfi in the rooms (you don't get that at the expensive hotels). This will be our NYC destination hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Perfect for couples, close to everything
The room was on the smaller side, but perfect for 2. Since we were going to be sightseeing, we werent in the room much anyway. Room was clean and on the newer side. Hotel is in a great location, close walk to alot of great restaurants and sightseeing. Starbucks and CVS right around the corner. We felt safe walking aorund late at night, it is in a nice part of chelsea. I compared pricing on many other hotels, and this was REALLY worth the value! We would stay here again for sure!

Great value
For what you are paying, this hotel is an excellent value. I found their customer service and room cleanliness to be top notch - they obviously are trying to make sure they are a top budget destination hotel. The location cannot be beat, you are so close to everything and around the corner from the Antiques Garage. Would definitely stay here again.

ALWAYS a great stay!
Love this hotel! Clean, convenient, great staff. Right across the street from Eataly and half a block from Madison Square Park. Love the location between 5 & 6th Ave. Garment district, Food District, Herald Square, subways, all right there. So convenient to everything. Drove this last time and parking was right next door and actually reasonable for NYC. I'll be back!

A weekend away
Just came with my bestie and our kids to get away from the hum drum of the day to day life. The staff at the front desk were very friendly to our kids allowing them to get a appl when they arrived. One of the kids even went behind the front desk to ask questions. It was a very nice experience. The rooms however are a little small but we didn't spend a lot of time in the the room so all is well. Chelsea is a great little neighborhood. I loved it. We will definitely come and stay here again.
