Great experience.
We were having difficulty finding a room late on a Saturday night. We called and Carlton told us that they had a room just open and were getting it cleaned. 15 minutes later the room was ready and we moved in. The room was great and the people were very friendly. We had planned on staying just the one night but decided to stay 2 more. Breakfast in the 2nd floor dining room was outstanding as was the waitress. Everyone that we encountered was both friendly and helpful. Will definitely return again.

A great Night away with the girls
Myself and two girl friends went away in April 2013 to OC for a one night's stay at the Quality Inn Suites. The room was much, much more than we expected! We were placed in the Arkansas Suite which was recently renovated and a corner unit. Two Queen beds and a pull out sofa gave everyone their own bed which was very nice. The room was big, roomy and comfy. The view from the windows was breathtaking! They wrapped all around the side of the room. We loved it!!

Nice Place...
We stayed for a long weekend and the hotel was very nice. They seem to be upgrading the rooms which are probably very much out of date. The rooms really didn't impress me as they are and I hope they continue upgrading. But overall its not a bad place to stay. The rooms can easily accommodate large families of 6. And has 2 bathrooms. Nice when you have a lot of girls in your family ! I would certainly stay here again. They offer breakfast on the second floor, very good and plentiful. Price was reasonable compared to some of the local dives that overcharge for smaller portions. Everyone at the hotel was very nice, and helpful.

Definitely Stay Again!
Had a very nice relaxing stay at the hotel. We were only able to stay one night and they accepted one night reservations where as other hotels had a 2 night minimum. Had a king efficiency ocean front room and it was fantastic! High ceilings floor to ceiling window that we kept the blinds open because we could see the ocean and sky and watched the sun rise from bed! Very clean. Shower was nice, very spacious. Very quiet. Didn't hear any noise except for the ocean! Best overall place we have stayed so far in Ocean City.

Never Again
This hotel is showing its age is an understatement. The loaction was good, but the decor was staright out of the 80's at best. Nothing really matched and when we walked in there was a visble dirt./worn marks on the hallway carpet. As we entered the room there was a mustard yellow bed spread that was just gross.The carpets were dirty and the housekeeping left much to be desired. All I was looking for was a clean room to stay for the Easter weekend with an indoor pool for my daughter. I would never recomend this hotel to anyone.
