One word - terrible!
Definitely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had to suffer. After working for 12 hours I returned to my hotel room for my 2nd night exhausted to find all of my stuff had disappeared. The gentleman behind the desk was utterly clueless and had no idea what was going on. After an hour of messing about they managed to find me another room and assured me that my things would be returned by the morning. The next morning, I approached the desk and the gentleman had gone home and hadn't told anyone what had happened. Eventually after another hour they managed to find my things IN LOST PROPERTY!. Again they were all clueless and had no idea what was going on, it looks like they had double booked the rooms. As I was checking out they assured me that the manager would be in touch to give me a full explanation of what had happened. I have not heard anything from them! Absolutely pathetic service, pathetic breakfast, noisy hotel and they didn't have the common courtesy to call me back with an apology or explanation. TERRIBLE!

Simply AMAZING!!!
This hotel is one of the BEST hotels around. The front desk has the most patient, reliable and sweet people I've ever met. The hotel has free breakfast that can satisfy the heartiest man with bangers, beans & eggs. Or it can satisfy the lite eater with yogurt, fresh grapefruit and croissants. The hotel is one stop away from the O2 Arena on the Canningtown Underground. Going the opposite way on the underground will take you to the Stratford Station which is a two minute walk in the station to the Westfield Stratford Mall which is fabulous. There are some of the best restaurants less than a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean and safe.

Perfect overnight hotel
Stayed at this hotel to go to a concert at the O2 perfect for what we wanted very close to tube clean and tidy good choice of breakfast in the morning.Would definitely recommend.Very good value for money and staff very friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel, would stay here agaoin
Myself and 2 friends stayed here when we came to London to see Beyonce at the O2 last night (29th april).Check in was quick and easy, lady at the desk was happy and smiley :) room was clean, comfortable and very nice. Tea and coffee facilities and hairdryer are provided. The tube station isn't far from the hotel and neither is the cable cars! Breakfast was nice enough. There wasn't much selection but there was enough there.....although it tasted like the apple juice had been watered down? You can have apple or orange juice (my friend had orange juice and said it tasted like that had been watered down too) scrambled egg, sausages and beans, croissants and a few other little pastries, yoghurts, cereals, toast and some fruit! There is also a hot drinks machine. Decor was very nice, we didn't have any problems. We would stay here again. Thank you!

I would come back if I was going to O2 again
We stayed in this hotel to see an act in the O2 recently.Whilst my friend and I only stopped for one night, the twin room provided was clean and a decent size. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room as is dove hand soap/shower gel.We had a room on the first floor and I was worried that the road noise may keep me awake but it didn't. It is a wide, big road but it didn't seem a particularly busy one.The O2 is easily accessible and Canning Town station is not even a 5 minute walk away. We did have to queue to get into the underground station at North Greenwich after our show had finished, but as soon as you get down the escalators to go eastbound back to the hotel, the amount of people diminishes so it was easy and safe.I would definitely stay at this hotel again, breakfast was decent and my only criticism wold be the staff weren't friendly or chatty, but that may be personal choice.I would recommend.
