Nice stay, front desk a little mean!
I enjoyed my stay here and have stayed several times. You can find a great deal on Priceline but be careful because they don't accommodate you like they do for normal guests. It's a great location and easy to park and stay if you are traveling through the airport. Watch out for the front desk though! If you want anything outside their comfort zone, they bite!

Excellent Service
I recently was sent to Billings for work for almost 2 weeks. This was my first trip to Montana and upon check-in, I asked for a higher floor with a view. I was given a room on the executive level on the 16th floor. The view was nice and this also granted me access to the concierge lounge. This was a very nice perk that included complimentary breakfast and drinks Monday - Friday. The entire staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had about the area and my stay. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. I bought dinner in the lounge to take up to my room a few times and the food was excellent. Prices on drinks in the lounge were high compared to the area, but it was convenient after a long day. I did have some trouble with noise a few nights as the walls seem very thin (doors slamming and noisy neighbors). The parking could definitely be improved as the front lot is normally full and a few times the parking garage across the street was also filled. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will be staying here again when I return.

Great Suite
I do spend a size number of night at IGH (Crown Plaza, Holiday Inn etc) properties, and I do get upgraded to better rooms, but this property moved me into a suite with more space than I could ever fill-- 8 chairs at the dining room table! Front desk staff were top notch, great views from the Club floor. If in town again, I will be staying here.

Wow!
I travel too much. Wow is not a word I often use to describe lodging. I am looking for a clean place to stay, sleep, take a shower and leave. Of all the places on earth to be "wowed" Billings was not where I expected it! This hotel is awesome and the reason is simple; the staff is amazing! Friendly, helpful, attentive, HAPPY, warm, inviting. Of all the places I have ever stayed this is the first and only time I have received a hand written thank you note from the GM! The room was immaculate. The beds comfortable. The amenities perfect. The wifi was fast. The Concierge Lounge happy hour and breakfast were inviting. The staff in the lounge were exceptional! There are wonderul little hideaway seating groups in the lobby and second floor for cozy conversations with friends. Easy access to covered, free parking acrooss the street via the skywalk. Forget the chain restaurants! There are excellent local eating options in easy walking distance. Friendly staff at the Starbucks in the lobby. It's a great place to stay. Maybe a few more bucks than other places in town but I'd spend it again without a second thought. It's got to be the best place to stay in Billings

just a night in Billings
The Crowne Plaza has done some upgrading to it's hotel rooms.....very comfortable bed, nice linens, clean bathroom and very quiet room.....the bar downstairs seems to draw some locals, also..There is a Starbucks in the lobby....Only drawback might be the parking situation, otherwise, great place to stay..
