This hotel is in the perfect location for shopping and walking to many popular locations. It has a nice reception area with a computer. Elevator in lobby area and easy access to breakfast downstairs in a small quaint area. I really enjoyed the breakfast but it was a little expensive if you usually eat very light - it was worth it to me though.Rooms very very small - as expected. They were small but enough room for 2 and our luggage. Room was quiet at night and we had no problems. Decor in rooms - ok ( some rooms had fabric on walls with coordinating bedding). Not extremely fancy but clean worked for us. Location is awesome. Huge Metro station very close. Les Halles is the station and has tons of underground (some connected to above ground) shopping and cinema is there too. It's right of Rue du Pont Neuf so very easy walk to Notre Dame, St Germain area etc.... Obviously easy access to most popular locations on Right bank where hotel is located (Louvre, Les Halles etc...).

Location = awesome. Room = small & clean
Stay here if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel room. If you're in Paris for sight-seeing, and just need a safe & clean place to shower and sleep, then this place is for you.We stayed here for 2 nights in April 2013The location is amazing - 2 mins walk from metro station, 2 mins walk from Pont Neuf, 10 mins walk from Louvre.The room was quite small but very clean. The hotel had problems with their air conditioning system when we were there so it was quite hot - we had to leave the window open at night to let some cool air in. Apparently we were upgraded to Superior room - so we can't imagine how small the standard room would be. The room has: TV, WIFI internet, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, small fridge.

Great location but small room
I chose this hotel for its location - walking distance to all major sites and 2 blocks from the metro R.E.R B Chatelet-Les Halles Station. It was a great stay with breakfast included in the rate. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastry, yogurt, fruit, etc. and 3 hot food items daily. We were upgraded from classic to deluxe but were so surprised about how small the room is. I read up on the reviews about their small rooms but never realized how small it really is. I would definitely get a larger room next time.

Location, Location, Location!
I visited Paris as part of a business trip and stayed at the Best Western for one night.My experience was very positive. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just two blocks from the Chatelet Train Station (a major rail-exchange with access to both airports and several metro lines) so getting there from CDG was very easy and cheap.The hotel itself is small, only 50 rooms or so, and like most European style properties, the rooms are small but cozy. The hotel provides complementary wireless internet, which I found easy to use and quite fast. Some rates include a continental or full breakfast which I thought was very tasty and convenient.Just two blocks away from the Louvre, you can walk pretty much everywhere including the Orangerie Museum, the Tuileries Gardens, the Orsay Museum, Rue Sain Honore and more. It really doesn¿¿¿t get any better from a location standpoint.Word of caution, if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the hotel for you¿¿¿ sitting in my room, I could hear every door closing on the floor (only doors, other noises were well insulated)¿¿¿ Not a big deal, but something to consider. The service was unbeatable; Thiebault at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable of the Area.The hotel is "Ecolabel" certified so you know that they also care about using resources in a sustainable way.In all, I would easily recommend the Best Western to everyone wishing to visit Paris for a few days.

What a great little hotel 2 short blocks from The Louvre
I am on my first solo expedition to Paris and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were helpful with a small problem, friendly and efficient. Thank you one and all. My room was small but well laid-out - I was very happy with it for the two nights I stayed. I caught the RER from CDG to Ch¿¿telet Les Halles, and walked the short distance to the hotel with two suitcases. Beware the railway station exit gates. There is very little time to get your luggage through before they close on you. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.
