Incompetent and unwilling to help staff personnel
Our stay in K+K Hotel, am Harras, in Munich was a disturbed one. At the first day (a national holiday) they demanded us to pay for the booking done in a travel agency (one who previously paid) due to the fact that they received a notice saying we had not paid and that they should ask us what was wrong with the payment (something we couldn¿¿t do as we had not been previously informed, and we also couldn¿¿t clear up due to the fact that it was a holiday). This might not seem like a big deal, or it might seem like it¿¿¿s the agency¿¿s fault, however, the correct procedure is that that the hotel will trust its guests and would allow her stay in case of doubt without further payment. This was not the case, as it was either pay or go home according to them. In short, I had to pay up front a huge amount of money, thus having to try not to spend almost any money for almost the entirety of the vacation, rendering this vacation pretty much as useless. When prompted with their error (done by one of their staff apprentices) by the travel agency and by us, and after being politely asked if they could offer us some sort of compensation or apology (not necessarily money or any sort of monetary compensation) we were treated coldly by the manager and our request completely ignored. Not just that, she(the manager) actually inquired us about our financial status for not having money left and therefore being in that position, even thought it was their mistake entirely, not to mention we found it quite indiscrete from her behalf.

Good Munich Hotel
Stayed five nights at the K&K Munich and very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, offering several restaurant recommendations within walking distance and all were excellent choices. The U6 or S7 to all tourist attractions is simple and very convenient. Our room was very clean and well maintained offering expected comfort and quietness.We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, opting instead to seek out different bakeries each morning at various locations and enjoyed our search adventures. I would definitely consider the K&K during any future trips to Munich.

nice place and great breakfast
It a very well located hotel, very close to the U6 metro line (stop Arras). Downtown and Marienplatz is about 10 min by metro. It is quite modern hotel, very clean and calm. My room was a bit small but well for business purposes it was quite good. Sorry, no king beds only queen for those who need space. No either fitness center or a pool but this is normal for a 3-4 stars hotel and for the price. Finally a nice experience.

Great stay
Stayed for three nights in mid-march and couldn't fault the hotel. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and got to know us quickly - giving us the room passkey before we said the room number after going out! The hotel was clean, tidy and welcoming. We stayed in room 307 which faced the back of the building. The room was spotlessly clean, well stocked and comfortable. Likewise the bathroom. Had all the usual amenities in the room such as minibar, safe and drink making facilities. There was free wifi throughout and in the reception was PCs with free to use printers - great for printing boarding cards. Hotel is hundred meters(ish) from the underground and it's about ten minutes into the city centre. There are some restaurants nearby and reception holds a list of these. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that aspect. There is, however, a great bakery a minute away - just turn right out of the hotel and walk to Albertos before the bridge - yummy confectionery and friendly staff. Definitely recommended hotel.

Very good!!!
Nice hotel,central location, very comfterble room and shower ,clean. Free wifi. Excellent staff and service, we had early flight and bags with take away brekfest were ready, unbelievable ! Very good option for business trip.recommended!!
