Very basic. You get what you pay for.
I stayed here for a period of 4 weeks when I was travelling to Chicago on work.The rooms are small. They are pretty self contained with a kitchenette and ironing facility. The laundry is communal. The wifi internet was pretty decent.The staff were friendly and helpful and accommodated requests for cabs, payment and tax refund related queries quite capably.All in all a decent stay, but nothing to take home in terms of memories.

Great Place For Our Needs
We had to find a place that would suit our needs while waiting for a closing. We went into this location to get some information and were greeted by Mike ( the manager) and Sedia. They both were very helpful in assisting us decide if this is what we were looking for a long term stay. Mike showed us a room that he thought would best suit our needs for the time we would be staying., he was helpful but were not pushy. The room includes a nice full service kitchen, complete with stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator, and if that wasn't enough.. they have filtered drinking water!!!!! YAY!! There is a nice sitting area complete with flat screen TV, couch and recliner! The beds are comfortable and the pillows are to DIE FOR!!! There is a nice sized bathroom with tub and shower and vanity. We thought the entire staff including Mike, Sedia, Lilly, Taiwa, Tanisha, Angelica and Dave are always there to help yet are not intrusive.It is obvious they take pride in their hotel by the friendly and clean atmosphere. We can't say enough to express how pleased we are that we decided to stay here, it truly is a " home away from home" .and would recommend it if you are looking for a place for short or long stay! I absolutely recommend the larger rooms for extended stays, they are worth every penny.When you stay ask for the East side as there is a nice pond that can see from your window.Don't forget to check out the exercise room!As an added bonus the location is perfect , close to the Yorktown Mall, Target. and some fine restaurants. We would stay here again no question. I give this a thumbs up!

Convenient, clean and reasonable
I booked this hotel through hotwire actually two separate nights. It served my purpose as a place to sleep while away for business. I was pleased enough with the hotel to book a second night. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

awesome hotel
Hotel was very nice and clean . The rooms are updated and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very polite. The manager Mike was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again anytime, the rates are great as well.

Very Friendly Service
I walked in on Friday evening with my nephew who needed a room, Sedia explained the different options available. We were very pleased that she explained the options and did not hurry us. I would recommend this hotel.
