I want to write an honestly balanced review here as there are such mixed reviews already. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere but there is a bus service to local town and disneyland. This is a mini shuttle and often does not cater enough for the crowds in the morning and evenings. Many people are left waiting for the bus to come around next loop which can be more than an hour at times. If you are waiting for the bus, there is usually a mad scramble to get on it as Europeans don't seem to know the concept of queuing...for anything. If you can cope with this then it's a useful tool as parking will be expensive at the Disney parks. You can however park at the local shopping centre and walk into town for free. Arrival and check in we're simple and we were given key card to room. Our room was on the second floor and side of the building so was probably a little quieter than facing the front, but the wooden floors throughout each room meant we could hear the people above us walking around all the time we were in the room. She seemed to insist on heels late at night.. The room was modern but it looked like it had been finished by an skilled hand as nothing really looked 4star, just cheap. I was glad for the hob and fridge in the room, but expected a cooker which disappointed me. I'd rather cooker than the dishwasher in the room!The free wifi and Internet is useful but not in the room if you have an ipad or iPhone as there is only Ethernet connectivity. Better than nothing though for the price. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. We paid 350 quid for 2 adults and a toddler 5 nights without breakfast (wanted16 euros..each per day!) using a secret hotel deal. Can't grumble for the price but we won't go back there, just want to try somewhere different next time. If you're prepared for the bus and don't expect 4 star resort, as few really are in this price range then it is good value.

Hi I highly recommend this hotel great price and great location the staff were very friedly and the room was great and clean so handy to have a kitchenette with fridge microwave and kettle and the hotel offer a great shuttle service to val d Europe shopping centre and Disney parks I wasn't sure we're to get the shuttle to hotel to ask in the tourist office near train station in Disney they were very helpful it's just a 2 minute walk from train station just go trough first security gates turn left trough second small security and you will see a roundabout just wait there the shuttle comes every 20 minutes the only problem with hotel was wi fi was only in lobby only but there is wired Internet in the rooms but overall great hotel and staff I would diffently stay again can't wait to book again

I would have given this 3.5 if I could. Firstly, I would say we got exactly what we paid for. The room was fine and clean. Fixtures are a bit cheap in places but did not really detract. Perfectly good kitchen allowed us to use local supermarket (which is a huge and great selection with a staff and checkout system that has to be seen to be beloved, but don't worry you will when you try to buy something and wait for 45plus minutes to escape). Room was fine size again for price and the fact you can split it into two is a bonus. Sofa/sofa bed works well.Shuttle bus is great and highly recommended. As others say its a little way from the shops or Disney. Just too far to walk. Taxis will try to overcharge, so if you are the shopping area, just say No to 15 plus Euros and go for 10. Bar is expensive but it's the same as the rest of France.We had no problem with noise or theft but I could see noise issue if you were near front of hotel?Service was fine at front desk but they do like typing away on computer.

We booked a three night stay at this hotel because of the location and distance to Disney,The shuttle bus service was good, however you do feel you are in the middle of no were as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance.Please do not book this hotel as the Staff are a bunch of thieves, I left my jacket at reception for safe keeping and never got it back the staff came up with all sorts of excuses and after a 3 day search the had no explanation as to what had happened to it, I was promised they would reimburse me for my jacket however day that i checked out they informed me that i would have to go out and purchase a jacket to the value of 50 euros max bring the invoice back and then the would refund me. this was at the time of check out so they got away with it, I have since checked on this site and there are a lot of complaints about personal items been stolen would not recommend any body to stay at this place

While planning a quick weekend trip to disneyland, this hotel popped up as great value and great location for this kind of trip. In fairness to the hotel, there are some plus points, but unfortunately quite a few more negatives. Pros: Location-wise for val d'europe and disneyland, it is great. The shuttle bus service is prompt and very useful. Rooms are generally pretty modern and well equipped.Prices are very reasonable, if you book through booking.com, expedia etc. Cons:DO NOT order a taxi through the front desk. We were in a hurry to get to a restaurant and running late and didn't have time to wait for the shuttle bus. They didn't order a taxi, they phoned a pal of theirs who then charged us 20¿¿¿ to travel for about 3 minutes, absolute rip off. On arrival, we had to wait for nearly 20 minutes to check in and the whole process seemed incredibly slow. When we went to our 1st room, there was no hot water. Having driven from Germany, I was in need of a nice relaxing bath so wasn't particularly amused. The response I received from reception was to run the hot water for 10 minutes and see if it became hot. It didn't. I then went to reception to get a new room key, went to the new room, only to find that we had been put in a disabled access room without a bath (which I could have lived with) and also no hot water. On this occasion, we went to reception and a maintenance man was sent with us back to the room to check that we weren't lying. He then nodded in agreement, proceeded back to reception and told the lady the hot water was not working. For the next 15 minutes, I stood next to reception while the receptionist tapped away on her computer and made several phone calls. Eventually, the gentleman next to her asked if he could help... it transpired that the female receptionist wasn't actually doing anything to assist, she was just checking her emails and speaking to her friends. IDEAL! So, after complaining that I was not happy about this, I was offered a new room, which definitely had hot water, along with complimentary drinks for my partner and I to apologise which we accepted. We moved into the new room, which had hot water! then I popped down to the bar to collect my free drinks. Long story short, on ordering the drinks, I was told I could only have soft drinks for free and a beer would be chargeable. Forget it, it is more insulting to be offered a soft drink than nothing at all in my book! In summary, we had a distinctly unpleasant stay at this hotel and would never go again, and never recommend to anyone that we liked. Avoid at all costs.
