Stayed here as part of a tour that we, unfortunately, booked (Tours4fun/ GoEuGo). Too far from the city, nothing to do. There was a bus outside the hotel to the metro. Wifi keeps getting disconnected every 2 minutes. Stayed for 2 nights. We put up a Do Not Disturb sign on our door but they still opened our room.

The room and the restaurant were fine - well priced room and meal in restaurant was well prepared. Secure parking for ¿¿¿10 under the hotel was good. Only disappointment was that there is nothing to do nearby within walking distance if you fancy not eating or drinking in the hotel.

We stayed at Campanile for 2 nights from 28.07.12 and were very satisfied with everything. We payed only about 135 euro for 4 people for the complete stay. We had a nice 4 beed room.Thats cheep! We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel (to expensive). The hotel is placed 10 minutes by bus from the metro, thats perfect!

My wife my daughter my son in law and myself stayed at the Campanile Paris Ouest-Chaville for the last night of a 5 day road trip to Europe. We found it easily enough and were offered E10 underground parking by the receptionist who neglected to inform us the lift was broken so instead of taking the cases out of the car and leaving them in the Hotel lobby we drove them down to the garage then had to lug the cases up three flights of stairs. We where allocated rooms on the third floor and had to wait again as one of the two lifts was broken.The rooms weren't too bad and they had the sense to give us adjoining which was a bonus as we had been split up at other Hotels, There was coffee making facilities and the bathroom was clean and tidy with a good powerful shower. We decided to eat in the Hotel, which was convenient and the menu had a english section that saved us having to interpret the French. I personally think the meal was overpriced for what it was, and the drinks were the most expensive we had come across in France being more expensive than UK prices which is saying something. Deciding against further drinks at the Hotel we took a walk around the area looking for a local bar but the place was completely dead apart from a Chinese restaurant. Breakfast was horrendous, it cost us E9.50 per person and there was little to eat, the two staff were more concerned with clearing tables than looking after the needs of their guests and I had to ask twice for them to provide bread and wait a good 15 minutes until it was brought through. Quite a queue for bread had formed in that time. There was also no desert spoons or teaspoons and on asking for tea spoons the waiter after noting the empty cutlery trays, brought just these ignoring the empty desert spoon tray and then carried on clearing tables. As we left the waiters were busy replenishing the food stock which as most people had left the dining room following their meagre breakfast seemed a tad unnecessary. If this is typical of the Campanile chain I don't think I will go out of my way to stay in another.

HiWe stayied one night , a family of 5Asked in advance for 2 rooms, one for 3 children's and one for 2 adults.They gave us 2 rooms without a connecting door, because we didn't ask for it specifically ....Te rooms are very very small.When we open the bed for the third child- no room for luggage or to move in the roomHotel looks oldElevator from parking didn't work so we need to carry all luggage 2 floors ....Will not return
